Yes , I picked up my Gucci glasses today and the young lady that waited on me was great. She just transferred to that dept a couple of months. Great service. The store is always spotless!

The pharmacy staff is the main reason for the low score, too many times I'll have a prescription sent over only to have to call them hours later to ask about it and find out the medicine is out of stock

I wanted to buy a few rechargeable batteries. There is rarely ever anybody to help at Costco, but I was lucky, a kind young lady came to me and helped me find them. I needed AA and bought that kind, I was lucky because there are AAA, and many other kinds.
