The gentleman who opens in the weekday mornings is professional, sweet, and respectful. The girl who works in the afternoons is ALWAYS on her phone. I went in line was over 5 people long and she was going slow, because she had to pause every 10 seconds to talk on her phone. And not once-EVERY DAY SHE’S ON THAT PHONE!!

The cashier is very very rude think she hung up on me.I do understand that at this moment a lot of people don't wanna work. And people not showing up, but you still have to be plight to the customers.People that's bringing money into the company. If can't work under pressure maybe ? ? you should move to a LESS stressful career move

I went in to buy a power ball. I said I wanted two quick picks. I was told by the manager of all people that if I bought two tickets they would both have the same numbers. What?!That’s definitely not true. There’s a lot of foolishness that goes on in that store. I’ve given them multiple chances because it’s in the neighborhood. I tried to explain my experience to the gentleman that opens in the morning. He initially agreed that wasn’t correct. When I said maybe she didn’t know how to do it he started saying, “I don’t know”. I’m not going back in there. I will NOT spend my money to get poor customer service!

The man working on may 6 at 2:35 was being disrespectful. Our dog came in the store when the man open the door and my mom took him back outside but the guy working there started going off and calling my mom out her name and he wouldn’t stop talking so my mom said “it’s over with we took him back outside” and the man didn’t stop and told us if we have a problem we can leave, he was the only one with a problem. But we left anyways because he was unprofessional and rude.

The lady that is working right now Jan 19 at 4:15 she is very unprofessional. Garbage!! I walk up to checkout and she continues to video herself while I'm waiting for her to check me out. Then she asked for my ID I show her and she ignored me while playing with her phone. Then she tells me the price I put my hand out to give her the cash and she ignored me till I put my hand down then she ask me to give her the money and doesn't even bag all my items. Like I said ?

I can't always say that the inside is in the best shape but my rating is for the gas pumps. I love the fact they have attempted to help fight germs and Covid. There has always been gas gloves and hand sanitizer at each pumping station and for me, that means a lot.

Your 5.99 drink deal is a sham and a scam. The cashier there yesterday afternoon can not get it to work and I had to pay for a large fountain drink a second time. If you are going to have offers like this they should work right everything.
