My granddaughter started 2 weeks ago. The teachers did not greet her and when my daughter spoke to the director about it, she said she would speak with the teachers, but still the same. Not to mention the attentiveness of the teachers because my granddaughter was in another area and not with the other kids when my daughter picked her up. They had picture day today and my granddaughter was the only one not in a shirt like the other kids. Not everyone is set up for child care.

My daughter attended here for a few months before I had to move to a different state (military orders). The director was amazing and was very included with the parents and children in the classroom. The staff was so nice and I never felt uncomfortable leaving my daughter in their care. They always left pictures and logged everything in the app so that I could check on her throughout the day. My daughter was sent home on her first week for a runny nose which was an inconvenience but it also made me feel better knowing that they wouldn't allow a sick child to stay there with the other children. My daughter had so much fun and I saw her development flourish within the few weeks that she was there. I definitely plan on enrolling my daughter back into this daycare when I return back home!

My infant son has been attending Childcare Network for a little over 2 months. I am pleased and thankful for the care that he receives while me and my husband are at work. My 5 month old loves going there he smiles and is excited; he really loves his teachers Ms. Alicia and AD. From the director Ms Tedra all the way down to the staff everyone cares about kids that attend here. It really is a breath of fresh air that I don’t have to worry about my baby throughout the day.

I am very happy with Childcare Network as the school for my baby boy! As a first time mom, I can definitely be hyper critical but the facility is kept very clean and has a caring and attentive staff. Ms. Tedra and Ms. LouAnn are very good about promptly addressing my questions and concerns which makes me feel good about this facility as my child care provider.I can honestly say all the teachers I've interacted with at this location have been great but I must specifically mention the two main teachers in my son's classroom, Ms. Alicia & Ms. AD (Adilem). They really make me feel at ease when leaving my baby in their care. There is no doubt that Ms. Alicia loves her job, she will tell you that but she SHOWS it too in the way she runs the classroom, monitoring everything closely, going above and beyond with class room activities and decorations, and her excitement to be at work each day. I'm so happy to have Ms. AD as his teacher as well because she has such a gentleness about her which can be seen in her interactions with the infants; I can tell she truly cares for each of them.Lastly, as the mask mandates have been lifted within the facility I must note Ms. Alicia & Ms. AD continue to wear their masks and are diligent about wearing shoe coverings in the classroom showing their sincere commitment to the infant's safety which means so much to me -- please understand this is not a negative comment to the other staff who do not wear masks, I absolutely respect and understand their choice not to do so at this stage in the pandemic but I stated that to commend Ms. Alicia & Ms. AD. Together they make an excellent team and I appreciate their dedication to their job.Only thing is I wish they had cameras simply because I'd like to check in on my little one more frequently throughout the day but they are really good about taking pictures and loading daily activities in the app which is updated realtime.

I love child care network! My children have been there for almost 4 years. Miss Maiya and Miss Lisa are incredible teacher to my daughter. The director is the the BEST! All of the teachers are caring and I have enjoyed all of my childrens teachers! To name a few that have been truly special are Miss Alicia, Miss Alycia, and Miss Toya! If your looking for quality care with a great curriculum, this is the place to go!

All of my kids have been enrolled with this center. My oldest no longer goes here but he has special needs and I never once had to worry about him at the center. I now have 2 kids enrolled and they love it especially my toddler. She’s always singing the songs that she learns and tells me about her day whenever I pick her up in the evenings. Whenever I have any kind of concern, I reach out to Ms.Tedra and she handles everything in such a professional way. I appreciate the director and the teachers.

Our infant son has attended CNI 171 since he was 11 weeks old. The facility is brand new (built May 2020) and the directors and teachers quickly became a trusted, involved and helpful part of our network. The staff is caring, attentive and regularly keeps two full-time working, first time parents up to date with total peace of mind. Not only do they keep the kiddos safe, clean and fed, they follow a curriculum that ensures various developmental milestones and prepares even the youngest students for grade school. As a newborn, I never had to worry about how much "tummy time" our son got after coming home from a hectic day at work. By 5 months, he had learned to turn pages in a book, by 9 months, he could follow the pages with his fingers and by 10 months, he was "reading" one sound per page. This school is our primary source of child care and I don't know what we'd do without them. I highly recommend CNI 171 to anyone in the Cedar Hill/Duncanville/DeSoto area.Thank you Ms. Tedra, Ms. Luann and all of the great teachers for your hard work and dedication.

UPDATE 11/18/19Finally said enough was enough and unrolled my son from this daycare. They are more concerned about the money then your child's health. My son was enrolled in this school by his father. He did not have any of the necessary paperwork to get him enrolled. The final straw was when I went to drop my son off at school and was told he could not come since payment had not been made. But yet they had NO SHOT RECORD FOR 6 MONTHS and they allowed my son to continue to attend this school. The "teachers" a term i will use loosely will yell at your kids and even let him jump off couches. The "teachers" normally have their back turned to the students. I have witnessed that MANY TIMES.O and i pray your child never get hurts. NO-ONE knows what happens or happened. But i will say other people may not have had the experience i had so go visit/view yourself.

Only bring your kids here if you want to worry about them. Had one of my own go here. Worst mistake. My child would come home crying and telling me about the man that lives behind the school that supposedly shoots(school doesn't seem to "know")(was also told this by another student when picking up my child). My mother picked up my child and saw a teacher spanking another child that was clearly a different race. When brought to the directors attention she proceeded to say the child was the teachers,we saw the child be picked up by real mother and then charged me a fee saying I was late on a payment when I was always on time. I was on government assistance for child care. The director tried to force me to stay with them when I decided enough was enough. I called the to change daycare providers and the agency that helped with my assistance told me the director said I owed a fee and I was not able to to change. I informed them of what we experienced and we were able to move that day. Took my child to Merrimack and fell in love with the place.

I am a recent employee at this daycare all my parents and kids including ones that were not in my classroom loved me but there is a lot of drama and unprofessionalism at the daycare. The pictures for the building are false advertisement as well our building looks nothing like that. Today the director was recently terminated wrongfully and while trying to explain to the district manager on why i would not be able to come in on Monday so that i may enroll my child into new care due to the rule of having to put your child in other care after resignation i was wrongfully terminated and told to go home by the DM Brenda whom is very rude and talked to my previous boss very crazy while cussing at her almost everyday and making her cry. Brenda is very unprofessional, disrespectful, and racist. I would not recommend working here or putting your child in care at this daycare.

The workers are very unprofessional and idle. I had the opportunity to assist teachers through an agency and there was no structure in the classroom. They also lacked in caring for the children (ie cleaning them and also watching them during outside playtime.) The workers just sit at the bench. They don’t entertain the children at all. I even had a parent come in, basically asking if I would be the new teacher, because she saw me reading to them and spending time with them. It made me think, is this not what they’re getting normally? The facility has a lot of potential, but is in need of someone who can run it correctly.

My two daughters have been coming here for about 4 months and they love it. It’s clean and I love the fact it’s very secure. You have to use your finger print to check them in and out and if you don’t have that on the system you will be carded and the child’s file will be checked before they leave with that person. The security makes my fiancée and myself know they are safe. We also get a daily report on our 3 year old on what she ate and learned and videos or pictures which are a blast to look at. The staff is very friendly and my girls loves them before they leave they are giving the staff hugs bye which say a lot because if it was an issue my daughters wouldn’t be passing out hugs like that. Thanks Childcare Network Staff for loving my girls and keeping them safe...
