This Branch has to make some changes.Poor costumers service. Always hearing {the Bankers are not around please leave your number and we will give you a call back }Three time I went and those three time they promise to call me back for appointment with a Banker for my concern never happened as they promise. Waisted my time.So i went to another branch ( chase Bank on Polk)And I had the help I needed with the great costumers services as all Chase Bank should have .

Hours say 9am. It's 9:20 and multiple employees have walked in. Yet they still won't open the doors. Might I add the first employee didn't show up until 9:10am.If only reviews mattered right.

I would've given it zero star's if it had that option. Been an account holder for over 10 years and have always received great service from chase in general but not at this location. Came in to get a simple document notarized and not only did the little customer service person put me through the ringer about everything but then after 15 minutes of wasting my time she came back with a lame excuse about why they couldn't do it. It looked real racially motivated to me

This has got to be the absolute most useless branch in the south dallas district. They 9/10 never want to complete my business change order and complain to me saying I should call. I usually call 10 times before going to the branch and no one has ever answered once. Today I took a few dollars in quarters and they didn’t want to exchange that either saying it had to be rolled up(it wasn’t enough to fit a roll). Every other branch I’ve visited never makes that a problem and does it for me as long as it isn’t a lot of coin. I completely understand that as a former chase employee. I’ve only ever only encountered one person who holds conversation with me when I visit and actually tries to help me unlike the rest of the staff. Never have I had to complain about a bank being as poorly staffed as this one but enough is enough. The staff even locks their doors before their designated time. Which they’ve also done to me and when I asked why it was closed they eventually let me in recognizing that the doors should not have yet been locked.

Worst customer service ever, I have been here 4 times now and they can never help me with anything.They have 2 outside ATM's but they are broken 80%of the time.

Poor customer service! You call, go through the menu, are transferred to a ringing tone, then, after 5 rings the system tells you to hang up and call again. After 5 or 6 tries, it becomes a problem! You never receive an answer!

I usually dont do this but now that i seen the reviews on this bank i understand why they are soo bad. I went into the bank to deposit money for my business. The lady kenya refused to count the 5 dollars in quarters so when i mention that they never refused to count it that ive always came to do business here. She asked her boss and ofcourse she was wrong. then she proceeded to tell me that what i wanna deposit doesn’t add up and i mentioned to her that i specifically counted that with a money counter. After telling me it was short for the 5th time she asked her coworker to count the money and yet again she was wrong. i will no longer be coming to this bank anymore

Extremely poor customer service.Went into the branch to get money for an emergency situation. ATM wouldn’t work with my card. Was sent outside. Still nothing. Said my card wasn’t supported. Asked for assistance 3 times from 3 different people. No one knew anything. Just shrugs and mumbling amongst themselves. Then a lady told me she’s not tech support. No thank you chase. I remember why I moved my accounts

Outdated ATMS. One machine will only accept cash deposits of a few 50s or hundreds at a time and reject the rest. Have to make multiple transactions to deposit cash. Not good when it's night and it takes me extra time to deposit my cash. Somebody gonna get robbed there, hope it's not me

Bank associates lack knowledge or basic professional skills. An associate told me I needed to go to the downtown location to handle my transaction and when I looked up the location the website stated that it is closed. She reassured me that the branch was open and could handle my needs. I drove all the way downtown in traffic only to find that the branch was closed like I told her. Absolutely ridiculous. They also never answer a single phone call when you call this location. Building gets plenty of business but is dirty, and run down.
