I had a great experience at Caliber Collision. My service representative, Mia, did a wonderful job making sure my vehicle was taken care of and that I was happy with all the repairs. She was in contact with me throughout the process, and followed up to make sure everything was going great a week after I had picked up my car. I will make sure to return to Mia and Caliber in the future if I need any more work done to my car.

I appreciate the constant updates and the expedited service. With my car being newer I assumed it would take a few weeks to find the parts. I'm glad I was wrong everything on my VW Golf was repaired and I had my car 6 days after I took it in! The customer service was excellent as well. Jael and the front desk clerk were excellent and very helpful. 5 Stars!

This repair shop is conveniently located to my home. Joel assisted me and did the evaluation of the work to be done. She explained all repairs needed. She let me know how much was owed. My car was repaired in a week. I am very pleased with what was done.
