I needed a new phone and am not great w technology. Nick at Boost Mobil in Duncanville helped me. He went above and beyond to help me understand at least the basics. He was so kind and so patient. I really appreciate the time he spent with me. He needs a raise!!! Thank you Nick. God bless you.

For one they lie . I did a quote at a different location he told me all I had to bring was 25$ and I had already got approved went to another location I didn’t get approved and paid way more . Then on top of that I was there for 4 hours !!! Cause the phone was in sos I was beyond patient didn’t complain and she hands me the phone w no service and says it must be a delay and to comeBack in the morning for what ??? To relive another 3 hours
