They don’t even bother to attend customers one person working in the whole shop. I was only customer as well drove from West Dallas because of the “reviews”.

Man this is the best service I’ve ever had with anything dealing with my cars , after Venezuela muffler shop did a terrible job on my exhaust system I took it here for my first time and was blown away with the quality, I knew they meant business when he said he needed the whole day , rather take long and receive high quality than take a hr and receive garbage, they are definitely the only ones touching my car from now on ✋great service and reasonable pricing

I’ve brought maybe 3 separate cars over the past 2 years and they’ve always priced things fairly and the jobs are usually done swiftly. I can strongly recommend these guys to anyone who needs muffler/exhaust work done knowing they will do the job correctly the first time

I have been to many shops where they just slap a muffler on and send you on your way... Not this place... He was so meticulous and exacting as if it was his own car he was working on... He even did a little extra that was asked for and it didn't change his original quote. I can't be happier and I will not take my cars anywhere else from this day forward.... We did not like the process of getting our truck back and how our old catalytic converter was given back to us.
We brought our truck in for service to change out 1 catalytic converter for $1,300. When we dropped the truck off at 1:30pm, Vince(husband) offered to pay before we left, but Efrain said to pay later, and pick it up at 5 pm. When we came back to pick the truck up (at 4:45pm), we were told we couldn't pay by credit card because the credit card system was down due to an internet outage, and he could only accept cash. That should have been communicated to us BEFORE we drove back over there to get our truck! We don't walk around with $1,300 in cash. A simple phone call letting us know that the credit card machine was down, and to bring another form of payment would have been appreciated, but instead we drove down there not knowing this, and having no back up form of payment
because the bank was not nearby, and closing in 15 minutes at 5pm!
We just wanted to pay the cost, and have our truck back, so Vince offered to write a check. He said 'no because the check could bounce'. Then he offered to leave our credit card so the store could charge it when the credit card machine was back online, but he said 'no because we could cancel the credit card and never see us again.' This left no other options for us, so he insited that he has to keep our truck there and for us to come back the next day to pay and pick it up! We left there feeling like we were being viewed as potential criminals and was being punished! We were NOT happy with this since this could have been handled by a quick 'our machine is down, bring cash' phone call!
The last part to this was that Vince told him that he wanted the old catalytic converter back once it is replaced with the new one so we could send it back, it was still under warranty, and when he gave it back, it was cut in several places! It was upsetting because cutting it in pieces voids the warranty because they shipped it to us in one piece, so we were going to send it back in one piece, not several! It could have just been unbolted and not cut.
Looking under the truck, the newly installed catalytic converter was also not lined up matching the original configuration.
Overall, having better communication with us would have been a plus!
