The drive up atm is constantly out of order. Gets old driving out there for free withdrawal to have to pay other banks fees to get a working atm.

This place is horrible the tellers are rude and the manager is no better, please bank at a different location. I will never visit this branch again horrible service!!!

Office appearance is dreary. I came in, no one greeted me. I asked security for help. While waiting for a banker, an upset customer came in and left. I then met with the manager to open a small business account. It seemed because I hadn't made an appointment, it was going to be a hassle. He told me more about how long it would take and how lucky I was to speak with him. Before we could get started, another upset customer came in wanting to speak with him. I politely gave her my spot, gathered my things and left. Little did he know I just won a government contract for my company but from the appearance to the atmosphere, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

What the point of having bank tellers? Some older folk and Spanish speaking aren’t familiar with technology and phone app. My father went in to simply transfer money from one account to another. All the teller kept telling him was he could use the app. Personally I think bilingual worker should already be more understanding about helping Spanish speakers. Even if it’s something as little as a transfer. If we have to use the bank app for everything then what the purpose of the teller and bilingual tellers.

6 People waiting in the lobby and only visible employee is a single teller. I’ve seen shorter waits at the drivers license office.

I'm not happy with the new PNC bank like I was before the merge. The PNC app & the PNC auto call # is just terrible so far !! I've been with this location for many years & enjoyed it but now this is my first time considering changing banks. I'm sad about this & I feel torn because the employees are wonderful ?

Since the merger I've been unable to access my online banking. A tier 3 tech support and branch workers are unable to resolve. I used online banking as BBVA customer with no problems well I guess it is time to shop for another bank.

So today me and my mom tried to shut the account of my deceased father and pull out the remaining amount in the account. The teller that helped us wasn't one bit helpful. I had the documentation of my fathers passing and still proceeded to tell me I need another document to pull all of out of the account. So when I ask if she can be of service and please let us know what type of document do I need. She tells us she can't say that we have to speak w a lawyer or to even just "google it". So I ask if we can ask a supervisor and she tells us again no one can help us. Please don't do business with this bank.

Hi I just want to say thank you to Senaida Valdez she was great she helped me when everyone else supposedly said they had helped me when in fact they didn’t I greatly appreciate her going out of her way! Kudos to her for her great work ethics
