My Grandmother purchased a car at the Duncanville location this summer for me and my kids to have a safe car to drive around in. At first I was a bit skeptical because of some of these reviews but we were proven otherwise. Gustavo helped her out with the purchase and was very pleasant and patient with my Grandmother as he answered all her questions. A few weeks after having the car I noticed some noises coming from the rear of my car. I called the customer service line and was able to book a next day appointment. The service advisor Cece was just the nicest person! She made sure to give us an update through the process and really made sure the car was worked on as soon as possible and given back in good condition. The repair was minor and she really made us feel like we absolutely made the right choice buying a car with them. Thanks AutoSavvy!

I bought a Kia Stinger (which is a car i'd been wanting and looking into for a while) from AutoSavvy a few months ago and had a not so great sales experience, by a young guy named Joan, who I'm not surprised is with the company anymore (good). His language and professionalism was subpar, and I felt pressured to buy the car/sign papers and made feel like my questions weren't important (like asking more about branded titles), and rushing me through the process. I still went through with the purchase anyway because I really wanted the car. The SAVING grace for my experience was hands down CECILIA in the customer service department! There were a couple of things that needed to be addressed on the car that I noticed after I drove away (heating element on window, replacement mats, and a sensor issue) and she resolved every single one of them making me feel really confident and comfortable with my purchase. Cecilia was with me every step of the way, calling me with updates weekly if not daily on each separate issue that I expressed until they were resolved. She is a wonderfully nice, and empathetic person, and is just who you need to be on the customer service side. Spending a pretty penny on a used car is never easy but, beside from the subpar sales experience, which I know now was just a fluke, I am content with my purchase so far and its mainly thanks to Cecilia (for whom I will give this rating 5 stars) for being attentive, and also Daniel and Daniel Jr, as they were all a big help throughout this process as well and nice guys. I worked with Larry today. He was great to work with & very personable! He made sure my grandfather & I understood everything that was happening as it was happening. Everyone who helped us was very patient with my grandfather who is elderly, not as sharp as he use to be & moves pretty slow. We never felt rushed or as though we were in the way in any way. Primo was also very sweet & helpful! He made sure to go back over everything for us until we fully understood! They even went as far as to drive me to my home to pick up my grandfather for paperwork (even though he had left in his own car unaware that he was still needed). Got me in a 2023 vehicle & didn’t punch my pockets doing so! Thank you all for all your help!

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I bought a vehicle from here and regretted it literally DAYS after purchasing. Multiple lights turned, all the brake fluid had leaked out. They provided me a rental, but it took almost 2 weeks for them to fix all of the issues then after I picked up the vehicle and asked for detailed information on everything that was done to the vehicle, because one of the lights turned on again! The general manager called me ungrateful, told me to go to another dealership, and to never call the dealership again And hung up the phone on me. Their customer service is terrible,(besides CeCe, she’s helpful in as much as she can be) but they will literally sit there and argue with you and accuse customers , (the manager and general manager of the dealership) and not take the customers point of you into consideration. Please DO NOT BE TEMPTED by there prices. You get what you pay for. David is LIAR! He said he did not submit claims and threw it in my face that he paid for the car to get fixed but he DID submit claims and did not fix the problem thoroughly. ** ALL WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF HAVING THE VEHICLE **

Cece was AMAZING to work with 10/10! She took really good care of us and our car. We brought our car in after having mechanical issues pretty much right after buying the car from the other dealership in Fort Worth. We will definitely be coming back specifically because of her.

Update they called my husband and I and told us they won't be offering a loaner anymore and they won't be servicing us. Devon C is my husband who recently made a review and they commented saying they'd be more than happy to make this situation right after making it worse. If they wanted to make this right they'd call. but they haven't.

Bought an overpriced branded car with a warranty and a bunch of empty promises. Went almost two months without getting our plates, which were supposed to be here within two weeks. All of this is understandable as delays can happen. We finally got the plates after having complications getting into contact with anyone at AutoSavvy. The manager “Primo” said he would take care of us because of the horrible experience we had, and told us he would get back to us in an hour, but it’s going on two weeks and we still haven’t heard back from him. The only people we were able to get ahold of after purchasing the car was sales and they couldn’t help us at all and we’re useless as far as getting into contact with someone who could help us out. Around the two month point the check engine light comes on for the car and we call AutoSavvy trying to get this fixed, as we had just purchased the car from them. All we wanted was for someone to come pick up the car, take it to their AutoSavvy customer service center, fix it, and bring it back to us. The general manager, Daniel was helpless as well though he said he was in charge of the store, but “couldn’t do anything” and gave us a contact at their AutoSavvy headquarters in UT. We are currently having trouble getting in touch with the headquarters as well so depending on how that goes maybe I will update this review. I can not urge you enough against doing any kind of business with AutoSavvy Duncanville.
