Horrible service.. I only had service for less than a week when I went to this location to update info. I don't know if the clerk knew what he was doing but he ended up transferring my info to someone else's account and then put my # and info as fraud!!!I've cancelled Att and don't plan to deal with them again.I truly hope my information has not been compromised.

Well, I went to that terrible AT&T store in Cedar Hill and hated it! even the sales person tried not to get me to go to the Duncanville store, by telling me that it was going to be hard to find, dude I have GPS, and I went to the Duncanville store and got helped out immediately. That will be my go to ATT&T store from now on. Cedar Hill sucks!

I came in so distraught because I had tried to switch my services and it was a whole ordeal that left me in tears sitting in front of Xavier. Not only did he express concern by grabbing me some napkins, he put the tv on for my daughter so that I could handle business. He took the time out to listen to me and brought in his manager Kevin to assist me with my needs. Not only were my needs met, but the experience was way more than I expected! I had to leave and return with my oldest daughter. Kevin also included my children, playing with them and making them apart of the shopping experience as well! I felt the positive and loving energy they have for their job and the customers who come in. They listened to me and ended up giving me perfect ideas for my small business I’m growing! Just because of these 2 I felt so much lighter in my world of explosion that day! They really changed it around for me far beyond what they know just for being so nice and generous with their support and sympathy! Thank you Xavier and Kevin for the amazing experience!

Ordered iPhone charger and went to pick up at this store. They were rude and said i was not authorized to pick up item(already paid for).Manager was no help he never bothered to look and see i was authorized buyer and just cancelled my order. Poor poor customer service. Went to another store they pulled up account and gave me my purchase.
