I live in Virginia and follow the Boutiques page because I have friends that suggested this Boutique. I sent a few messages and received no responses. I get it, people are busy.I finally made my first purchase. I received my item. Over $50 on 1 shirt and it was balled up in just the shipping envelope. No receipt, no thanks for your purchase.Customer service is key. I read reviews and thought I was going to be able to give 5 stars. However I gave 3 because the quality of the shirt was good.

Went in yesterday and again was snubbed by the person behind the counter. She acted like she really didn’t want to be there or want me there. The other shorter lady was cheerful and pleasant. I don’t know who owns this place (I’m assuming the rude cashier) but I won’t recommend these Fashion Nova clothes to anyone. It’s one thing to support our own and another to have our own treat us with respect and decency.
