My 3 girls love this daycare!! Ms. Peggy has been there for years and years, and I just love catching up with her when I can. My oldest daughter was more than ready for pre-k because of A2Z. Ms. Vanessa has been absolutely amazing with our twins, and all 3 girls run to her every time they see her... even though they're not in her class anymore (makes me sad, love you girl). Ms. Colleen is reliable and always there to greet us with a good morning and very informative on what they did (or maybe got in trouble for) during the day. Cause, ya know, toddlers! Everyone is so understanding and involved, sorry I don't have everyone's name on here. The playground is great for the kiddos, they swim in the summer when they have a lifeguard on staff. It's just a great place and we are so lucky to have found it. Now that my oldest daughter goes to Pre-K, and so long as we can get it together and make it there before 7am, they take her to school and pick her up for us!! Since they're open until 6:30 it's so helpful when the unknown of Dallas traffic hits after 5pm. I'm just grateful for everyone there - makes being a working family possible without the constant stress of trying to juggle everything at once. Very few times have I had to call in or be late because they are like 2nd mama's to our babies. Thank you, ladies!

I love A2Z! Everyone from Mrs.Peggy & Mrs.Coleen to the teachers has been amazing. This was the perfect choice for our foster son and he has gone from non-verbal to talking non-stop. We appreciate all the love they pour into the kids. If we happen to have anymore babies placed in our care they will definitely be going to A2Z.

I really don't know why there aren't more parents saying anything because it's always a line to pick their kids up everyday and they stay packed!Anyways my son is almost allergic to everything and we bring his lunch and I just can't imagine life without there help. my daughter she is a different story she has les allergies than him but the fact of the matter is the teachers LOVE THEM KIDS and they always having fun and or singing when I pick them up I saw 14 comments and I got mad I'm sorry cause like I said this place has more than 14 kids. We've only been 2 months btw but they stop crying when we left in 2 weeks so be strong and do your walkthru's reviews (people shady)

I would like to start off saying that this is the worst location to have your daughter or son go to I don't care where it's at I don't care how they smile at the door there is a Jamaican black woman that's a director of Aby's daycare which is A to Z my name is Melba good morning to everyone on yelp my daughter has been going here literally for not even a whole month every single day that I pick her up there was an issue her nose is it a full of snot she's always leaving him with diabetes diapers they don't even belong to her my most concern is when she gets in the car she's very hungry and thirsty every single day first I thought my mom was just being extra about it but after realizing that this daycare is really honestly Curless of kids I have been dating the date that she has been picked up but not only my mom but myself with different wet diapers that did not belong to her or I didn't purchase so I'm trying to address the issue this morning to the director of Aby's which is a Jamaican black woman wears glasses instead of her listening to my concerns she wants to overtake me as if I don't have past history with CCA dealing with my 12-year-old son I have had to daycare shut down due to the negligence of my child or you can say my kids so I asked to speak with the owner in regards she wants to play gatekeeper this morning so she decides to go back-and-forth with me until I finally decide to cut her out she threatened to call the police on me over the phone if I didn't hang up the phone in regards to my issues about my daughter she didn't say that she had parents in front of her so she couldn't speak at the moment so I have to speak with someone else and she said she can do that either so with that being said please do not go to this daycare facility I am removing my daughter today as we speak I hate for anyone else to bring their daughter here because our kid here because they don't feed them they are very negligence when it comes to their care my mom pick my daughter up about a week ago and she saw one of the caregivers of the kids snatching one of the kids by their arms she even that's so weird that she stayed for a moment to watch everyone the whole staff my most worries is the woman threatening to call the police on me over the phone so yes I cursed her ass out she had no reason not to listen to my concern as a parent.

I just want to say I attended this location when it was called Glen Caren. This was back in 1985. All the staff was really nice.

My 13 month old son attended for about 4 days and it was terrible. First day attending I almost took him out right then due to them not having things in order. Lunch lady giving me attitude. Whole confusion about my child being PESCATARIAN. It’s just a big mess! He’s 13 months they had him in a class with 2 2 1/2 maybe even some 3 year olds. HE JUST TURNED 1! His last day attending I came to pick him up and as soon as I walked in I hear him screaming all the way from the front door. When I go in the back to get him his face was red his shirt soaking wet from tears, snot down to his mouth he looked EXHAUSTED! As if he had been crying ALL DAY! I’ve never even seen him as upset as he was I was shocked! The teacher there at the time was not acknowledging him at all! As soon as she seen I was his mother then tried to say “ohh come here” “let me wipe your face” now you want to try to wipe his face? Acting as if she cared. I understand you can not hold babies all day but if a child is crying how my son was you should AT LEAST try to comfort them in some sort, and not just let them cry all day. My baby cried for 20 mins straight after picking him up he was traumatized! They didn’t even ask why I was pulling my son out. They didn’t need to because they already knew! My son has attended daycare before and I’ve never had these issues. I waited to write this review to see if it was this daycare itself or if maybe my son just wasn't feeling daycare anymore, but NOPE it’s this center! I wasn’t comfortable dropping him off and I’m glad I took him out! He’s at a new center now and when I go to pick him up he’s HAPPY smiling. The teachers are loving and caring! If you bring you baby here be cautious! These centers hire anyone nowadays, they’re just looking for a check! Your child’s well being should be in their best interest!

MsPeggy was wonderful, although classroom was a mess, kind of worrisome. Kids were running all over the place, socks and shoes everywhere, toys everywhere, kids screaming and crying, easy access to the door (which kids would open!), no place to trust my baby in. Personal opinion.

A2Z is an awesome daycare! My daughter began there at was10 weeks and she will be 3 at the end of the year. Ms. Peggy and her staff are wonderful and they truly love and care for all of the children. It's like leaving your child with family!

I would definitely recommend this daycare! I trust the staff with my little ones and appreciate their integrity. My youngest child began attending at the age of 6 mths, and she is now 2yrs old. I have always felt that the environment was safe, clean and well-managed. I love A2Z!!!!!!!

I called a few weeks ago to get cost for my child to start daycare here soon. I was told of the weekly amount which sounded reasonable. I went in for a tour, the lady at the desk was not really friendly but my tour guide was super friendly so I was happy with the place and was ready to sign my child up. I was given paperwork to take home and fill out. I started reading over the paperwork and noticed all the extra fees. There is a supply fee for every child that goes there (including infants and after school children). I have no idea was this covers but the fee is per semester and the paperwork states that there are 3 semesters per year. The infant supply fee is $50. Also, there is a summer activity fee which for my child is about $90ish for June, $90ish for July, and $60ish for August (this does not include field trips). I was baffled reading this info. I understand a fee for summer activities but this is near $250 and does not include the weekly fee just for him to go there and of course the standard registration fee and the supply fee. And a supply fee for an infant??? This makes no sense considering a baby won't be using any crayons, books, or any arts and crafts..... If you decide to take your child here and call for pricing, be aware that the price they are giving you is only the weekly fee. And if anyone that works at this daycare reads this, shame on you for wasting the time of parents. When parents call you for pricing, give them ALL the prices. I called to get pricing and took a tour and was not told by anyone about all the extra fees. My child will not be going to this daycare and I will spread the word about this to everyone I know in Duncanville.

I enrolled my 4 month old son and at first it was fine. The director discussed our issues with a previous daycare and assured me that would not happen there. Every one is friendly and i loved that the front desk was always manned. When he turned one he began coming home with pacifiers and bottles that did not belong to us. My son got thrush, we had doctor bills that could have been avoided. On top of giving my child some one else's pacifier, which is beyond disgusting, they argued with me that I was wrong and it was his! This happened 4 times! Every time there was never an apology, but accusations that I didn't recognize what I buy my own child.
