words can not express how disappointed I am today after finding out the best thing or should I say person to happen to this store in a while is now gone. ? There was a bald head fair skin tall guy who would always wear a hat and a smile ? who I hadn't seen at my local store for about two weeks who is now gone. ? everytime I would come to this store it would warm my heart and brighten my day after each encounter with this guy. in fact I once was having a rough morning and didn't know up from down his encouraging words and kindness ? was next level I mean top notch. My morning coffee will never be the same.? ??

Honestly we have been going to 7-Eleven to get the stuff that we need on a daily and have never encountered such a horribly rude disrespectful inconsiderate person like we met today. Not only did it take repeatedly telling him exactly what we wanted but after we walked out and realized he still gave us the wrong product we went back in and when he went to give us the right product he handed it to us and waved his hands off and acted as if we were dogs shewwing us away. Not only that, you're at work why are you wearing sunglasses why do you seem like you're possibly on something and I'm not one to judge by any means you know do what you want to do with your life but when you're at work, YOU KNOW, THE PLACE THAT PAYS YOUR BILLS, you should really consider being a little bit nicer, and treat people with respect! We come there to spend money for things, NOT TO BE DISRESPECTED. Honestly we will not be spending our hard earned money there any time soon, unless that guy is no longer employed there. He seriously needs a reality check!
I have never left a negative review for any place I've been before, but today he really lit a fire under my butt.

Just trash this store has went downhill went to exchange a propane tank i went to see uf they had any and looks like fully stocked so went inside and the cashier straight up said they was out mind u no one in the store either then I said hey I looked over there those are brand new tanks then she acted like she called her manager then said she can't sell a propane tank because sas working by herself I bought tanks from here all the time and never had a problem this lady was just lazy will be taking my business down to qt

I used to worked in this 7/11 and I enjoyed what I do for my company which is 7/11. I been here more or less two months and when I start working everything was dirty and nasty?? The new Manager name Alma was ok but what drive me nuts was she will bring all her clan in the store to helped her with her work?? Isn't ridiculous and intimidating for us the employees who was working there and some other folks people inside the store worked with us?? It's kinda not proper and that's the first time I experienced inside work place bringing your daughters boyfriend son inside work place?? Not only that she keep hiring people but she don't give us enough hours??? It's insane and mis-management for sure?? I did my best to work my butt my hours and some folks just want to do cashier and not seeing or being productive at their shift?? I did everything to satisfied the company but it seems like it's not enough for her what I did for her store?? Plus she will posted or shot us txt message regarding the next week schedule one day or two days before the next week?? She is not a well trained manager that's why everything was messed up and she has no consideration that I txt her ahead of time that I can not go to work because I have emergency?? Her agenda is as for her own sake and for her own goods?? She just fade ne four hours that day that I call in?! She has something that she thought she knew what she is doing but over all she doesn't know what she been doing being a manager in this facility?? Now she fired me out because I can not go to work because I have emergency last Saturday?? What's the big deal with that?? She was on duty her as di was on duty?? Bottom line they but don't wanna work hard and gave all the load in my shoulder?? Anyway Good luck Lady and wish you Luck holding your crown for long. Lots of folks that not working properly and don't know what to accomplish in everyday shift they come?? It's a waste of time and for the company profit was totally lost??

The most trash 7-eleven we've ever been to! The cashier is low-educated af, he doesn't know how to deal with customers! Seems like he gets probs with his job, I mean that's your job for God's sake. Can't even talk with the customers in a calm and nice way? Smh

Customer warning! Be careful when making purchases here. The prices on the shelves for some of the items say one thing but when you get to the register, it's a different, higher price. Ask for a receipt when making your purchases so you can compare. The price for the item on the shelf is supposed to be sold as such.

The store is disgustingly unsuitable for business. The floors are disgustingly dirty, The countertops are much of the same a disgrace! I’m a resident of the Duncanville Community and High I love 7-Eleven coffee Among other treats, but this past weekend was my last time going into that particular store, it was horrible. Please Please Please! If you care about you customers on the Southern sector side of town. “DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS STORE” You would never see a store in this condition in the Plano Richardson farther north Dallas part of town. There are several others in the Duncan Ville area in back condition but not as bad as this one corner of Main Street / Wheatland Duncanville, TX 75137
