The staff is super friendly and attentive to resident needs. I highly recommend this place if you have family members in need of care. Top notch, thank you for the great service!

My mom was in the rehab part. The staff is nice. Clean and she had a nice room. The rehab location. The food they serve on a daily basis is awful ?. For them to get 100% of a person income is sad how the residents are eating. I do not recommend someone to put their love one here. No one should be feed like this. I would not feed a dog or cat this!!! Shameful ????

My Mother was admitted to laurenwood for Rehab. Brenda & Glenda were the nurses and Elizar was the aid. They did an exceptional job with my mom and was extremely caring. The Rehab team did a really good job making sure my mom got home. Thank you so much my family and I are grateful

Not a good experience for my mom. This place was selected by the hospice care team, for weekend respite care. My mom has dementia, a-fib and diabetes. My mom arrived Friday afternoon. I dropped in to check on her. I found the silverware from the previous meal tangled in her cover. A couple of packs of sugar and salt on the current food tray. When we dropped in to check on my mom on Sunday, she didn't seem like herself. She still had on the same clothes from Friday. So I changed her.Monday, her return home day, I get a call from an aide, requesting me to give verbal consent for my mother to receive Zofolt. I advised her that's not one her medications. She said it's on the print out of the medications she has received since Friday. My response: not only are you giving her the wrong medication, you waited until Monday to contact me. She puts me on hold, then comes back saying she contacted the wrong family. The next call was from the admissions manager. She asked me complete the admission paperwork. Mom was already in the ambulance, on her way home.Upon arrival home, my mom was missing her blanket and 2 of her creams. We counted her medications, they failed to give her 3 of her heart meds.So needless to say I am beyond upset.
