I went to this shop on 8/15/2024 for an oil change. The manager came to me and told me I need my filter and Cabin filter replaced and I said OK. I never said anything about checking my spark plugs, but they checked them anyway. The manager told me that I need to replace the plugs, and I told him I would come back later because they were charging $385.00 for a tune up. I had no problem with my truck before that day then suddenly, I got a check engine light and a code stating that bank 1 is misfiring. So I decided to change my spark plugs myself because I can do my own engine work. When taking out the first spark plug which is bank 1. I noticed they didn’t fully install the spark plug. If you ask me how I know when I was wiggling the spark plug wire off the spark plug the whole spark plug came out in the wire boot. Hmm looks like a setup for me to come back to their shop to pay the $385.00 for a tune up. I’m not going to this shop ever again. They will sabotage you when you say No to their high prices.

Found a new place for my car preventative maintenance. Came in today for a state inspection and the crew here is exceptional from taking a phone call all the way to check out. Sam was my car care attendant today and is very efficient and throughly explained additional services needed.
The customer service here is far beyond expectations and they now have my customer loyalty.
