Several different things were wrong with this gas station. The biggest part was the owner.1) I tried using my debit card and it wouldn’t register or read the card.2) Also, an issue was getting my card out of the machine. I was quite concerned that my only debit card would not come out and I am not from around here.3) I ended up having to pre-pay inside with cash.4) As the gas is filling up. For some reason, the gas nozzle did not register that it was full. I caught that it was overflowing, but the trigger would not release properly. And created a huge mess all over my new car and all over the concrete.5) I went inside to notify the clerk attendant that there was gas all over and they needed to be taken care of. The lady that was working, at the counter was very nice and try to be helpful.As I’m explaining to the attendant clerk’s, what happened to let them know that something is going on with the pump that is not working properly. The owner walked in and was not at all helpful. The lady tried to explain to him what happened and he tried to act like he didn’t own the place. Repeating several times I don’t own it and looking annoyed. He seemed annoyed and didn’t want to talk to a customer who obviously had a concern. I didn’t ask for his help. The attendance clerk reached out to him. After several times of her saying he was the owner, he talked to her quietly and acted like I was incompetent about pumping my own gas. I have a brand new vehicle that Should register that it’s full and their pump should notify it as well to stop filling when it’s full.I just wanted to let him know that there is quite a bit of gas on the ground that is not safe for the gas station and for my vehicle brand new vehicle.The owner never said he was sorry, or seemed apologetic about the situation. Didn’t even care to really check and see how much gas was on the ground. There was another clerk there that didn’t seem to really register the situation as well. He finally went outside to check it out and realize that there was a lot of gas. which means I also lost money that I’m not going to be reimbursed for.Also, it’s hard pulling into the parking lot. You have to go in the back way behind the gas station. Not off of the main street.
