I think their is one lady who has generated all the 1 star reviews. Older one. Very smug. Rude. I will wait till the other girl is open. Younger. Hair pulled back one. She is very polite. Effective. Helpful. And professional. Don't know her name. But thank you for being kind.

Spoke with who I believe is the local postmaster/manager. Very polite and helpful but I’m still dissatisfied with the service. Ordered an Amazon package for Saturday delivery to my apartment, the delivery was stopped and slated for rédelo very according to tracking. In reality it was set at the post office for local pickup despite not having sent a pink slip saying as much. The reason he gave for the failed delivery was that the office for the apartments was closed and that they would not deliver directly to the apartments because 1- there are stairs, and 2- the apartment buildings are spread out.

Completely rude and unprofessional. They literally never deliver packages, they don’t even attempt to they just always give you the pink slip and tell you to pick it up the next day. The women at the front desk are consistently rude and condescending. You’d think with all these bad reviews they would try to improve on their costumer service.

What you can expect is very poor service. You can also expect complete incompetence. If you need to send items to this desolate community then UPS or FEDEX only.

So rude for no reason. Told me they couldn’t give me the packages that had a failed delivery for whatever reason because I need proof of address. I don’t live here. I’m visiting. They said they left a pink slip. I can’t find it, but if they could deliver the slip, why couldn’t they drop the package too? Makes no sense
