Went in for a mens hot stone pedicure Saturday, June 22 2024, shortly after they opened. Due to diabetes running in my family, I try to take care of my feet so I get them taken care of on a semi regular basis. I am here working from out of town. I came in and asked if they did mens pedicures. The lady looked at me a little shocked said yes and that it would be about a 45 min wait. I said ok. The wait wasn't very long. Maybe 10 or 15 mins. An older lady came and introduced herself and guided me to a chair. Everything was going well she clipped my nails as the chair massaged my back and things were good. She then put a clear gel on the calluses on the sides of my toes and got up and left to go get things for the rest of the pedicure. The gel started to burn pretty bad, I started to squirm and even was asking where she went. I then started to try and wipe it offf with the towel by the time she came back and told her it was burning real bad that's when she started rinsing it off. Once it was rinsed off you could see where it had burned my toe very badly. They use a chemical callus remover. It's basically an acid. They still made me pay for the pedicure and would only take off $5. They tried to say if there were any wounds on my feet then that's what would cause it. I assure you there were no wounds in exactly the same spot on both my big toes. I will not be returning. If you are going to use something like that you need to be far more careful with it and you need to get the clients consent before hand.
The pictures are after a few days and having been kept under band aids nearly 24 7. Don't want to mislead on that. The white area is just from daily sweat and moisture.

Slow workers that make you feel like you are being ignored! Went in with my niece we each wanted to get a full set. By the time they had finished with hers one worker walked away from another customer so the lady had to wait to do mine until his customer was done. By that point I had to go back to work! When I asked how much for both she told me $50 each. When I went to hand her the money for my niece’s full set she changed it to $55. Thank goodness I am only passing through this area because I won’t be coming back!

Went on a Tuesday in the early afternoon, not busy at all. I'm obsessed with my nails! Jessie did a fabulous job, she was quick but was very detailed! Vibe was mellow.

Been going there for a long time. Had complaints here and there but kept on going.. Went again today and was not happy. They were very busy. And I know graduation people coming in by the droves. They said 45 min. Then I saw a lady come in and guess she supposedly came back from when she came earlier so they took her ahead of me after I waited 45 min already. That is bull!! Not very good business at all. I am done with that place. Very disappointed!!

Walked in to get my daughters and my nails done. They said they were taking a break so we walked outside to wait and they turned all their lights and signs off right after that. Could not even get in. They were very rude. Will not go back.

I loved the people and there banter, but my nails looked like poo. I know I could have done better myself. My toes were good but 120$ For the both was kinda steep. Maybe they where just in a hurry because it was around 4 when I got there? So I think they where ready to go home. I liked the people but I won't go back.

HORRIBLE place. Burned my feet 3 times. Then, the guy cut my feet with the grater thing twice! When toenails were getting painted, they messed the paint up on both feet. When getting nails done, the girl didn't pay attention and kept flirting with the owner's brother.Services: Foot massages
