Got a flyer for a 10 point inspection and oil change. Told them I have a noise on the front wheel . A grinding noise. And my windshield washer fluid wouldn’t spray. Left car sat 8am. Picked it up and they said wheel bearings out. Made an appt. Left it Monday. They ordered wrong bearings needed car 4 more days. Got it back 1750.00 later. Car making same noise windshield fluid doesn’t work. Took it back left it for 6 days. Came back they said bad tires even they are 3 months old. Windshield fluid still doesn’t spray. Stay away from them.

I wish cardealers can be honest on the ads they provide. We were excited to get into a car with them as they made it seem they could get us a deal nope but my husbands credit got hit more then 5 times for us not to get anything that we wanted in our monthly price range.

DO NOT TRUST THESE MECHANICS WITH YOUR VEHICLE. Relative went in with a simple problem. Relative thought these "mechanics" fixed the problem.But it turns out that they ONLY DID ONE THING INSTEAD OF THE WHOLE DAMN JOB. Course... They still charged for the parts they "put on" and now my relative has to go to another mechanic for the same damn problem.This place may have new owners but it's still the same place as before.

Took my 2022 dodge ram 3500 here to get brakes and rotors and the technician failed to place bolts back in the brake calipers. After driving to Pittsburg noticed the brakes making a noise and smoking pull into ram dealership there and they installed bolts into the caliper. Took it back to the dealership and I needed need brakes rotors and calipers again after almost 3 weeks. Advised the service manager and the GM of what happened and they failed to take any responsibility for the poor work of their technician and dealership. Will never take another vehicle here again. Do not recommend!

Crystal is absolutely amazing!! She seriously goes above and beyond for her customers! When we went in, we weren’t able to get into what we wanted. But that didn’t stop her from continuing to try to find something for us. Got a call a week later, and she was able to help us tremendously. I can’t thank her enough for her hard work. This is one of the worst dealerships I have ever visited. If you are old enough to recall the old bait-and-switch advertising of the 1980's you would be wise to avoid this place. If you don't recall that practice, take my advise and skip this place. There are many other more reputable dealerships in the Texas panhandle to choose from.

Overall bad experience with the service department. Arrived at open on a Saturday, they wouldn't let me make an appointment. Had to wait 45 minutes because the service tech was late to work. The while doing my oil change, the tech dropped something in my engine compartment and had to take things apart to retrieve it. Received a phone call asking about my experience which I told them about, they seemed very concerned, and said that someone more important than them would call me back. That was two weeks ago, I haven't heard anything. I will drive to Amarillo for service from now on even though they are less than five minutes from my house. A forty five minute drive will be worth it if I never have to deal with this lack of service and lack of customer service again!
