If I can give this place a review with zero stars I definitely would! New manager Walt Phillips is running this place into the ground faster than previous management ever did. Very disrespectful to his staff, and customers. While waiting on my oil change I over heard him degrading an employee to the lowest. Than as he walks by me he stated and I quote “ This new generation is worthless”. Mine you I’m 29 years old myself as this is my generation! Than proceeded go go talk to the service manager Mike who’s worse than Walt about how “ stupid” his staff is! This is will be the last time I set foot in this store. Moving forward everything I do and my family will be done at Texas Dodge Amarillo

I reached out to this dealership because my vehicle had a manufacture recall on some parts. I interacted with Arthur the representative in the Service department and Mike the Service manager. Both were ****Awesome*** They ordered my parts and answered all my questions. When my card parts were received by them, I received a call to scheduled my vehicle maintenance. I did find it necessary to leave my vehicle overnight. They were very accommodating with my schedule.
They completed recall work and provided me a printout of 21 point inspection.
I was preparing for a trip six hours away and was relieved that there was no money exchanged just information and courtesy.
I had assurance of the safety report of my 2015 vehicle (yes I still maintain and drive a ten year old vehicle with about 156k miles.
I highly recommend this business to everyone!

Walt was great to deal with! Bought a new cummins from him and he was very laid back and reasonable. No high pressure sales no BS, just a upfront and reasonable dealership.

Extremely disappointed with the Ram dealership in Dumas. I’ve taken my truck in three times for the same Uconnect issue, and it’s still not resolved. The service department is completely disorganized. When you walk in, staff are just sitting around—you have to search the building just to get basic help. No urgency, no professionalism.
I was told it would take 45 days for a part (glass) to come in. I waited over 60 days—and when I finally called to check in, they casually told me it had arrived 4 days earlier and had just been sitting there. No one even called to let me know. When I asked why, the response was, “We just hadn’t had a chance to call you yet.”
This is not a service center—it’s a mess. The sales team is always on their phones, the techs are disconnected from the front desk, and there’s no accountability. It’s no wonder Ram corporate has had to step in at this location. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership for anything.

The new management is trash. I took one of my cars in for service today, and while it was being serviced, I spoke to the sales manager about a previous agreement we had. He was extremely rude. I do not recommend this place, and I will definitely never return.

I strongly advise anyone looking for top tier service to stay far away from the morons at dumas dodge.. they will do more damage to your vehicle than fix anything.
worthless technicians led by a service manager that is incompetent.. i told them exactly what was wrong with my Durango gt and still didn't get the the parts, then when they did the technician ordered the wrong parts (you would think the service manager would oversee everything ordered and make corrections) but that didn't happen had to wait another week for the right parts n another week after that to have them installed (were a month and a week in now) they then gave us a expected date that changed 3 times. finally got my Durango back with it missing the top engine cover and oil all over my engine bay.. the most pathetic and sloppy work I have ever seen. mind you I am a diesel and trailer technician and I know when I do a job every part and bolt I'm going to be needing.
needless to say by faaaaaar the worst experience I have ever dealt with. been to multiple dodge dealerships and never had a single problem until dumas. I strongly advise to take your vehicle anywhere else but here. save your time money and look elsewhere because dumas dodge is by far the worst.
