“Absolutely wonderful. Staff was friendly, room was clean. We had a family emergency and were at the hotel and weren't sure if we would have to return home. They let us stay in our room till noon while we waited for information. They also held our room for us in case we needed to stay another night, which we did. Already booked a room for our return trip. Great place”

“This was mostly a 5-star place. Staff is super friendly, it is well-maintained, and it is clean (also my nostalgia was touched by the classic phone on the nightstand and the wallphone in the bathroom ). The walls are a tad thin, but the AC/heat unit had a fantastic fan for white noise that also helped drown out my mom's snoring in the other bed. I'm giving 4 stars because: 1) even though the room was impressively clean even in the corners and tile grout, there were several long dark head hairs (maybe fell off the housekeeper while cleaning?) in the bathroom and sink area and a small bag of dirty clothes in the closet that a previous guest forgot and apparently housekeeping didn't open up the doors to double check the space; and 2) because I was bummed that the only hot breakfast was waffles - I love those, but I also like the eggs with it. But I would totally stay here again!”

“On our way back home, we decided to find a “cheap” motel to stay at without having to spend $100 or more. Not disappointed at all. Rooms are very clean and cozy. Staff in the front was extremely polite. (Even have 3 bed options if needed) pretty quiet. Not a lot of noise around. All in all, a great place to stay if you need a hot shower and bed for the night!”

“Great budget hotel. Very small laundry room. My sink wasn't draining for the beginning of my stay but maintenance was very fast and friendly to fix it. Service was okay, not bad, just not good.”
“Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Parking lot was well lit. Only down was we stayed become we saw a hot tub in the pictures, however it was out of order and there is no where on thr website that states that.”

“For the price point, this hotel (motel) impressed me. Room was extremely clean with fridge and microwave. Indoor pool and hot tub (we didn't use either) was open as posted and looked welcoming. Fitness room was TINY, but I was able to get my steps in on the treadmill. Breakfast was 2.5/5. No meats, egg and cheese omelettes were my favorite but my wife did not prefer the velveeta. Definitely an option next time we are thru Dumas.”
“When you stay at a roadside motel for a cheap price you don't expect much. I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, it is old and run down BUT it is clean. CLEAN The beds were more comfortable then many of the high-end hotels we have stayed at, the air conditioner worked without sounding like an old lady chain smoking. And it was quiet. If you need to bells and whistles to be happy, drive on by. But if you just want a good sleep to continue on the road this place is just fine.”
