Dumas Ford performed a complete fuel system over haul when the wrecker dropped off my truck and travel trailer after I broke down in the middle of a road trip. Despite the large job and the immediate nature of my need I was met with great customer service both in hospitality and professionalism. My truck has never run this well. I was extremely pleased and impressed with how they managed the whole affair.

Service was exceptional! Crystal was very kind, actually listened to my concern, knowledgeable and explained everything, and i felt she genuinely want to help me. Communication was great and my time wasn't wasted. Keep up the great work!

It’s been a few months sense I stopped in to see these guys I was kinda looking but believe it or not I found exactly what I was looking for so I decided to see how much a trade different I could get boy they treated me really well so I made the trade it was the rite decision I’ll definitely be back excellent experience

Was traveling to Wyoming when engine light came on. Stopped in Amarillo they said it would be 5 days before they could look at it. Called here and they said they would work me in and I was on road by lunch time. Great job!

My dad ,mom and brother stated from Cheyenne Wyoming to come to San Antonio Texas to see me because I have been really sick
They started having problems so they changed spark plugs and the oil stick fell out will they were driving
Thinking that would help it did not. They mayde it to Dumas Texas. They pulled into the ford dealership and it was Saturday so they had to leave the truck because it was almost noon. My husband was getting ready to drive 7 hours to go get them but the owner stepped up and told them he would load everything in his truck and take them to Amarillo so they didn't have to wait and then stay the night
My dad figure out how much it would be with gas hotel it was cheaper to rent a u haul truck. They wouldn't be able to get to the truck because my husband would
Get there to late. So they loaded up the owers truck with my family stuff. He took them to Amarillo and drove them to 4 or 5 different place so they could get the u haul. My family tried to give this gentleman money for gas he told them no so they wanted to pay for dinner he still said no. He was going to eat anyway. So they made it to my house. On Monday they called and the truck needs a new engine he just got the truck and withe only making one payment we where upset. But they made a deal with my dad that was something he could do. So my dad got on a plane to Amarillo and the owner once again help us out he took the new truck to Amarillo so my dad could leave from there and not Dumas. I can't thank him and everyone that made it come together for my dad. Thank you is all I can say .We have been telling all our friends and family about Ford Dumas dealership. They are very awesome and friendly.

Took my F250 to Destination in Dumas from Amarillo. Had local options, both of which wanted to hold my truck for 7 to 10 days rather than schedule and let me drop off. We knew the issue and knew the time frame it took. Called Destination and they said they could have the part the next day and have it completed by end of day. Or they could schedule me so I wasn't 7 to 10 days without my truck for a 2 hour fix for a common problem. They got it in fixed and had me back on the road. Worth the 80 mile round trip. Thanks Destination, so far so good.

My 2018 F150 broke down roughly 20 miles from Destination Ford. I was able to limp it in and Kaden and the Service team were awesome. Worked up a quote for the fix. While waiting for my truck I checked the new inventory with Cherish and almost made a deal on a new F150 but it didn't quite work out with the numbers. The people here treat you like family and if you need Service or a new vehicle near Dumas TX please see the people at Destination Ford.
