I went in on Monday and the store was pretty busy. I was met by a gentleman who I later found out was named Nathan. He met me with a cheerful attitude and was very helpful. He was juggling a couple of customers and was able to help them and me at the same time. I was looking for an air conditioner and he showed me right where to look and was also able to Mix paint for another customer and help others all with a great attitude. I don't normally post reviews. I was very impressed with Nathan's level of service and wanted it to be noticed. It is rare these days. Thank you!!

I was looking for a simple $10 part for my shower faucet and the staff and even management/owner came out of her office to help look for what i needed. Even though they did not have what I needed, the fact that they took there time (10-15minutes) to look for a $10 part instead of just brushing me off, they gained a customer for life with me. Their customer service spoke volumes.

We went in to purchase items on our land lords account. After my mother was accused of not being authorized to use the account (like she was stealing), my mother went in to purchase after she talked to the land lord and he called . After the land lord called and told them that it was fine my mother went back in and your employee Clay made her cry I walked in to ask Clay why he made my mom cry and he said I was threatening him and we could talk it out side . I did nothing of the sort. They wouldn't be makeing woman cry and his conduct as a employee was terrible. I can't believe they would allow this kind of practice and condone this behaver. I didn't raise my voice, he made accusations.
