Although some items we regularly pick up may be out of stock from time to time, we still stop by. We have always been treated well whether asking for help or checking out. I do agree with the post about prices not being posted. NO ONE likes a surprise like that when checking out.

I went in one day about a month ago and a bald headed guy named Richard I believe is a manager was jumping all over the cashier for standing there and watching him correct a mistake. He smelled like he pooped himself maybe thats why the outburst. But it's my understanding he's always that way. VERY poor management need some lessons on how to treat people co workers and customers.

Bought a dewalt chop saw on Saturday, it didn’t work. Tried to take it back on Monday, they don’t do returns on power tools. The manager was extremely rude, none of the employees are helpful. Best go somewhere else, like Gebos in Amarillo or Dalhart or a Tractor Supply also in Dalhart or Amarillo. I will not do business with Big R until they have a turnover in management. UPDATE. Store got a new manager Mr. Stidger, he took care of the problem professionally and courteously. Also Sara was nice and helpful. This is a nice change for the Dumas store.

Nothing is priced until you check out & then hold your breath because it’s extremely over priced! No customer service skills at all! They asked if we had a reward phone number we would like to enter and then had no idea how to sign us up for that said that they would have to get their manager! Absolutely unbelievable!

Great chain store. Very familiar with Big R. But an embarrassing bathroom and rude wanna be “cowboys” here at this one. Watch your 6 even if you’re from somewhere similar/ country.

Went in for some bolts and nuts for a trailer. Marshall helped me get everything I needed and even went out of his way to make sure I had the right bolts for the trailer. This place is great.

We bought some shirts and they didn’t make up the deal and I told her about it and said said “well I don’t know where you got that from” so they sent someone over and we were right. Then she said that it was a stressful situation? Like how we were patiently waiting for the manager to come. She was just very rude and I wanted the guy next to us to go ahead of us since the other workers didn’t want to open an other cash register till the manager came.
