On Saturday during the holiday's at closing time when my husband called, Robert could have easily told him, he was about to close but didn't. Robert provided Excellent customer service and definitely went the extra mile!Our Dodge broke down on the other side of town from Napa, the belt and tensioner came off, Napa had everything in stock. Robert helped the last 2 customers in the store before closing.
