If you werent a regular going here you wouldn’t get treated the same as the ones who go there regularly. The Asian lady who did my nails seemed so impatient and her tone was not welcoming. She did my nails in a rush and some nails weren’t even the same and they were bulky.

Customer service over the phone was terrible. From the beginning I stated that I wanted to know if there was availability for two manicures.I stated that very clearly. The woman that answered the phone was clearly annoyed and responded “ I need to know how many people and what you want done!”Rude. It’s ok I’ll take my business elsewhere. I’ve always heard bad things about this nail salon and thought I would give it a try but now I see why there’s bad things being said in the first place.
