These people are scammers. Always claim small piece of glass in trailer, then Dock workers ask to pay extra money to load you. Scammers, stay away. These people are criminals. Claimed they found a piece of glass in my brand new trailer, jokes on you, never hauled glass in this trailer. SCAMMERS!

Every common carrier truck/trailer weighs around 35500lbs due to the fact every carrier hauls for Budweiser. Reefer trailer should be loaded no more than 8000lbs every 12 ft to compensate for the weight of the reefer unit. Usually on a standard pallet that would be single in the nose, double, single, double the remaining pallets. Loading the trailer has nothing to do with the truck. If the shipper over loads your trailer and you know it, technically it is illegal to do so. You are not permit to travel to a Cat scale. Leave the load. That is your only recourse.

Got here at 0330 to wait for them to open at 0700. There is overnight parking on the street. Checked in, yes they inspected the trailer w/doors closed! Went to shipping office, got a dock right away. Have to scale in and out! They have a air hose at the dock to clean your trailer. Loaded us within 1 hour. Need 2 load locks. There is cellphone reception and NO overnight parking. Plenty of room to maneuver and back into docks! Staff were nice and helpful.

They found this peace of glass in trailer nd they rejected my load ???? i requested i can go nd wash my trailer again but they didn’t accept it i just wanna say to all my drivers Gud luck if u r coming to pickup

Check in was smooth. Don’t come with a dirty trailer. Flashlight inspection. Get here early. I was second in line, now five trucks behind me. Opens at 7am.

Horrible place. Inspector walks through the grass and dirty gravel lot then walks around in my brand new trlr for 2 mins and finds a piece of glass smaller than my fingernail. I never haul glass smh waste of time. And the manager says “who’s to say it came from his shoe” 0 stars

Very nice people from office to dock workers. And thank you for the bag peanuts on my way out. Loaded fast and they have an axle weight scale on site. No overnight parking but plenty of places within 20 miles to park.

Late on my review but you've been warned. There's something iffy when a place weighs you empty and already knows you came in a little heavy, loads you up too heavy only to tell you they can't take a couple hundred pounds off your truck to make you legal even though you were told this would be a 43000 pound load and they literally load you 300 over that weight, the exact amount you're over on your drives. Then the front desk lady acts as if she's a truck driver and tries to tell me how to adjust my tandems. They won't work with you even though it's their fault.

Must have 2 load locks trailer has to be sparkling clean or they will reject cant have any holes or leaks they will climb in trailer and inspect with flash light and closed doors will find glass in your trailer eventhough you never hauled glass ??♂️

Check your seal before entering location. My seal mysteriously disappeared when yard guy walked back there to open doors. Load was rejected because of it.When he walked back up, had the clippers open still in hand, (closed when he walked back),Also claiming there was no seal number on BOL- when it was hand written here in the largest print.
