“Just started here a few weeks back, I typically would workout at home but found myself lacking in my workouts which is easy to do alone. Showed up to Kinect Fitness with the hope of being pushed and I have not been let down!Jen helped me complete my assessments(which are brutal in their own right) and been going to morning class, which the group has been great, good humor, not overly serious and everyone pushes hard to complete the workout. Glad I found this place! If you’re hesitant, don’t be, give it a try, you won’t regret it!”
