I needed a nice pair of pants for a wedding and found Where Men Shop as I was driving by one day. Doug was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the fit and quality of his clothing line and took measurements so if I ever wanted other articles, he'd have me on file. After my first experience, I went back and picked out a beautiful sport coat that I continually get compliments on when traveling. I've stopped buying my clothing from the department stores and only get new shirts, slacks and suits from Doug. Yes, it will cost a little more than your off the rack stuff, but the fit and quality and how you feel in his clothing makes up for that difference. If you want unique and well crafted clothes, you need to shop at this store.

Doug does exceptional work. I am very satisfied with my experience and have/will recommended him to friends. It feels great to have clothes that actually fit me versus looking like I am wearing a potato sack for a shirt. I wear my khakis more than my favorite pair of blue jeans! Thanks Doug

I've been a customer at WMS for about 2 years now and highly recommend! I originally went in for a suit and a few shirts for my wedding, and now I purchase all my professional clothes from here. I had been wearing "off the rack" suits for years and due to my body type I never felt like I looked that great, after getting a proper fitment in my new suits from Doug, I could never go back to off the rack! Doug is very knowledgeable, friendly, and an all around great guy!

Doug has been very helpful educating me on the basic needs that fit my lifestyle. I have purchased suits, sport coats, shirts, pants and accessories. I have been very happy and impressed with the product lines and Doug's attention to detail. He is a great guy.

I ordered two shirts from them. They turned out absolutely amazing. The turn around time was great. The quality is what you would expect from a custom clothier. The only down side, if you could say there is a down side is the amount of choices. Their swatch collection for fabric selection is amazing!!! I highly recommend them for custom clothes. I will be a return customer, just have to get to the Austin area.

Doug made suits for me and my husband's wedding. Neither of us knew much about suits going when we first went to Where Men Shop, but Doug put us at easy and helped us design the best part of our wedding. Doug will make pretty much any kind of suit you ask for, but in doing that he is going the make absolutely sure you are getting the best look, feel, quality, value, and longevity out of it. Doug made us feel like rockstars without charging us like rock stars. I would absolutely recommend Doug to anyone looking to get a suit that they will love for a very long time.

I bought three custom blouses and love how perfect they fit. I will buy more for summer to keep a comfortable but professional look in a casually dressed engineering office. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I've been meaning to write a review for WMS, and often what compels us to write a review is usually because the experience was five stars or one. I have written some negative reviews before because I felt they completely warranted it, which is a bummer for everyone. WMS is no exception, I came here to get suited up for a wedding and my body type always makes that “right fit†seem impossible. A reason why I hate getting dressed up! But Douglas square me away with no BS, something that goes a long way. Highly recommend this place!

As a professional, I need to look like a professional. When I discovered Where Men Shop I have gotten nothing but professional from Douglas. Outstanding service as soon as you walk in the door and all throughout the process of getting "made to fit" clothing when you walk out of this shop. Fabrics and quality are top notch. Douglas the store owner is fantastic and has exceptional knowledge about his trade. I have been a customer for about a year and I know I'll be coming in for years to come.

I was looking for a custom made suit because nothing in the department stores ever seems to fit me quite right. I was a bit apprehensive at first but after getting fit for the suit and seeing how the tailoring turned out I was very pleased. The man helping me was very friendly and called me days after I put in the order. I finally have a good looking suit that fits me just right.

Absolutely terrible experience. At first I was impressed, however in the end it was the absolute worst shopping experience I've had in my entire life. I had spent $3,300 on a suit and a few dress shirts. Some of the shirts were out of stock as well as a suit accessory. When I went back to pick up the suit I questioned the items on my invoice that were not in stock and I was not getting. His tone changed from friendly to rude in half a second. I was told that because I was allready given a military discount, by me questioning the items I was not getting I was being ungrateful and sticking it to him. Then it changed to the invoice named something incorrectly so I still owned that balance. I left feeling degraded and taken advantage of. Highly not recommended.
