No one ever answers the phone at this branch. So frustrating.

This is my home Wells Fargo, and I go in for every little thing, withdrawals, deposits, wire transfer, etc. The only thing they no longer do is medallions.
I've always had great support from the entire team in this branch.

Would not recommend. The bankers refuse to help unless you have an appointment. The bank itself sends forms out to have the customer fill out for opening account online. If you don't bring all the forms mailed they refuse to take it because "we don't know why this was mailed and we don't what this form is for."Stick to small banks.

I stopped by this location today, to ask a few questions regarding my mom's account. Recently, she has not had a positive customer experience. I sat with Mario (a banker that normally works out of a different location). He explained policies/procedures and helped me to understand that certain accounts can only be handled by a specific department, that can only be reached by a toll-free number. He was so pleasant to work with and confidently answered my questions. THANK YOU MARIO for taking a few minutes to help me this morning. Your kindness makes a difference!

The most interesting happening in this declining branch was having a teller tell me that the ATM wasn’t their responsibility.

I applied online for a business account and was having some issues. I called, no resolve. I emailed, no response. So I decided to go into the branch. Then. Then I went into the branch. I got there at 9 AM. I spoke to the lady at the front. She was very nice. Then the branch manager came out. His name was Kasey. He told me he had an appointment but would be able to help me out for a little bit until his appointment got there after about 30 minutes Kasey was able to fix my problem. Make sure my account was correct and he was able to even order me some checks and he gave them to me as a gift. His name is Casey Jones and he's the branch manager of the Wells Fargo in Dripping Springs. He's awesome he's very personable and Wells Fargo definitely earned my business today. thank you so much.

Today I went in to do a name change on my joint account with my husband (finally using married name). I brought in all of the documents and identification I could possibly need to make these changes, including my husband's debit card and husbands driver's license. I accidentally left the debit card at the branch and immediately went back in to get it. The teller who had received it was going to give it to me, and another teller intercepted and would not allow me to have my husbands card. I then asked to get the manager involved. The manager who had seen me with the card and helped me previously refused to give me back the card I had dropped. I consider this theft. He said only my husband could pick it up, even though I clearly walked in with the card and had permission from my husband to have it. He was highly unprofessional. I told him I would be happy to answer and password or account information and asked him to call my husband for verification (which is sufficient to make changes on our home loan, credit card payments or other transfers). He then made additional statements how the ATM machine is not liable for identification. I have been a customer at Wells Fargo for over 12 years, have a home loan through them and this is how they treat me. I appreciate their effort to keep our accounts safe but this is unreasonable.

We have been business customers of Wells Fargo since 2008. Yesterday my husband went into the Dripping Springs branch to get some documents for the business notarized. While he was waiting in line to make a deposit and ask, there was an employee just chatting the whole time to someone else in the back. When he got to the front, he was told that both employees who could notarize were busy for the entire day. We then had to go pay to have the documents notarized. A benefit of having our business banking at Wells Fargo is the notarizing which we actually have only used a few times. This was unacceptable customer service especially since this would have taken no more than 10 minutes.

I cannot tell you how many times I have driven up to the one and only ATM at the Wells Fargo bank in Dripping Springs only to find it not working. Forcing me to go to another bank's ATM and incurring a $4 fee from that bank and then to add insult to injury, Wells Fargo then charges me $2 for using a non-Wells Fargo ATM. Dripping Springs is not a backwater town. We are growing exponentially! If Wells Fargo wants out business, get with it and add another ATM AND, install a new one to replace the one that is currently there which must be 10 or more years old!!!! Frustrated in Dripping Springs!!!!!!!!!

Only good for quick, unimportant transactions. If you need to speak to someone about problems with an account that has unexplained services or the balances being wrong, then prepare to wait for hours. Our last visit would have required a 4 hour wait to speak with one of the actual bankers who can do anything regarding customer service. We left and called the service line instead. Wells Fargo wants everything to be moved online and by telephone call.

After 29 years I decided to divest ourselves from Wells Fargo due to the unprofessional behavior of the branch manager. When we were trying to get a wire cut to close on a land deal I was turned away because I didn't have an appointment (she was just sitting there with her hands on the desk). On my way to the Bee Cave branch 30 minutes away I called to make an appointment to close my accounts. She had 10 minutes to be on the phone to try to handle that (but not my 5 minute wire). She hung up on me. That was not the 1st time we've had to deal with her nastiness but it will be the last time. BTW the other folks in that branch are great. It's just 1 bad apple.

While the local branch tries to be helpful, the "corporate" side and the "local" side have no clue what each other is doing. The incompetence is astounding, and my most recent experience (after being in the bank for 1 and a half hours) has left me without a doubt that I will never do business with the corporate/online side of the business again. Do not try to take out a loan online - go in person.

Wonderful experience with all of the staff here today. Kyle was very professional and addressed my needs quickly. The bank manager was also excellent in helping me get an appointment quickly so that I could obtain a temporary card today. All protocols were in place and I felt comfortable through the entire process. Thank you everyone!
