2 hour wait for a prescription called in from another local pharmacy for a premixed medicine not requiring a pharmacist to touch only a label to be printed, insurance was on file. I was warned by the local pharmacy before I attempted pick up , 4 Walgreens staff under 18 walking around dumbfounded.

Pharmacists seems to work when he wants to. They are randomly closed or don’t have someone on duty. Always mix up my adhd prescriptions even when I asked my Dr. to put extra details in the order to help. Randomly out of my meds and take forever to fill. Never answer the phone.

They get their meds filled by someone else at a different facility so you have to wait for the truck to arrive with your script. Do they tell you this ahead of time? No. What’s the point of having a pharmacist or even a pharmacy if y’all can’t fill your own scripts? Sad excuse of a “pharmacy”

If I could give a zero star I would. Where to start, every single time you go to pick up a RX they wait until you are there to fill it. You could have a script sitting there for 3 days and they wait until you're there to fill it. Tell you it'll be 20 minutes, 2 hours later they still don't have it. Clerks are rude and completely inept, pharmacists are down right lazy. I have NEVER seen a pharmacy operate in this capacity. They also completely shut down for a lunch break, how in a town this busy would you not upstate with more than 1 pharmacist?? I could go on and on, stay clear and get your drugs from HEB.

Pharmacy:After a HUGE miscommunication with a medicine for my daughter the pharmacist that prepared the medicine didn’t even apologize: she was snarky, rude, and unapologetic for their lack of communication.Overall, poor communication. Be prepared to ask all the questions yourself or make multiple trips to clarify medicine needs for your safety and health

Horrible Walgreens, under staffed, slow, customer service is poor, and the pharmacy is a joke.

They seem closed most of times due to staff shortage, transfer your Rx to another place ASAP.

Slow, inconsistent, inadequate stock, uncaring, rude, immature staff. We’ve been customers since they opened but we need better service.

Horrible experience at the Pharmacy. Apparently you have to be a US citizen to have prescriptions filled there since they required a US-issued photo ID to fill a cough syrup (not true per the state of Texas policy, by the way). I guess tourist have to wait to get sick when the get back to their countries. Don’t send prescriptions there. The pharmacist could care less when I said I would like to see their policy and that I wouldn’t use their pharmacy anymore.

We’re traveling and my Husband needed a prescription filled but being from New Mexico we didn’t know what the process would be ! We talked to the Pharmacy person and she said all she had to do is look up his DOB and name and address and they could just fill it and that’s exactly what they did prescription was ready in 10 minutes!! So easy! Thank You !!

The worst customer service experience ever received! I went with an appointment to vaccinate my son and spent more than an hour waiting, in a place where only we were waiting to be vaccinated. I honestly don't understand the reason for its inefficiency.

I DO NOT recommend ordering from the photo department at this location! I waited for 2 days after my order was supposed to be ready, and they still couldn't give me a status! And absolutely no customer service at all! Thank goodness the Kyle location came to the rescue!

I just left the store. Walked in on crutches. 2 associates passed me and never greeted me, looked up, or asked if I needed help finding anything. I eventually found what I was looking for at the back of the store. Then made my way back up from and passed one of the associates again. I stood at the front check out on significant pain for 3-5 minutes. Finally another customer came up and tried to find someone to check us out. By this point I was in so much pain I was shaking. The associate the other customer asked if they could help us (one that walked by me twice) never looked, acknowledged, or responded to the customer. It was the associate coming back from lunch that stepped up to help.
