Today, Saturday Dec 16th, I went to the store to mail a couple packages and the two UPS staff working were absolutely lovely, patient and kind. While I waited in line, I observed three separate individuals be outwardly rude to these two young men just because there was a queue.As we approach the holiday season, I wish people would be a little more understanding and kind to each other. I had a great experience and wanted to thank the staff for their help and hard work.

If your hours begin at 8 AM, please have someone show up on time to open the store for business. If you can’t do that, then change the start time to 8:30 AM. This has happened on two separate occasions.

A UPS store without UPS shipping supplies? All that I asked for was an overnight shipping box and the very errude lady informed me "we don't give away boxes, we can sell you one!" Just rude and unprofessional and uncalled for! After driving 30 miles to get there! Oh well, I'll take my business somewhere else! Never using this place again! Thanks allot!

I love this store for it's convenience but customer service is lackluster. It also offered notary services and now there is a sign up saying that it no longer provides this. That is another blow...

I love this store. Thank you so much to the staff who helped me in a time of crisis with several print jobs. I was in a huge rush to get paperwork in the mail to apply for an emergency passport. The manager and staff came through for me in a pinch and helped save the day. I will be taking all my business to this store in the future.

Patrick is a rockstar and this location is lucky to have him. My daughter and I came in to return some things from Amazon, and I obviously did not know quite what I was doing, but he was patient and walked me through the process. Happy, positive attitude, made a semi-stressful situation a breeze. Thanks Patrick!

I’ve been using this location for past three months and couldn’t be happier. Friendly and attentive staff, no mail mix-ups, and convenient service hours. Best mailbox experience this full time RV’er has had in 3 states over the past year!

I love this place. Although they get super busy, the employees are awesome, professional, and understanding. I want to give a little shout out to a specific employee for outstanding customer service. Patrick, it's great to have you at this location. I sincerely appreciate your excellent customer service. I'm sure everyone does.

I wish I read the reviews before I came to this location. All those 1-star reviews are so well deserved. It was my first (and last) time in this location. They are disorganized and unprofessional. I had 5 packages with some that had QR codes and others needed an email label printed. As soon as I asked for their email to send the labels, the customer service rep asked for the next customer to scan her QR code. That would be totally acceptable if it was taking me time to email. It took me 10 seconds - I made sure to have all the labels ready in my email in advance. I didn't say anything because I figured, he had no way to know I will be quick. But after I was quick the first time, and the customer after me had trouble finding her other QR codes, I thought he would focus on finishing first with me as I was first in line. Instead, he proceeded to scan multiple people after me while I'm waiting on him to check his email for the labels I sent him. When I spoke up, he said that it's their policy to take care of other customers while a customer is emailing. I told him that made sense in general, but in this case I'm waiting on him, not the other way around! He was so obsessed with scanning as many QR codes of the customers behind me while intermittently juggling scanning and printing mine, that he couldn't keep track of the correct labels for the packages and forgot to give me the shipping receipts for 3 of my packages. I returned to the store and waited again in line for the receipts. Choose a different location if you're looking for competence and to be treated with basic human decency.

UPS lost my expensive package, mistakes happen. Long, drawn out claims process to be lied to by Janice multiple times just for her to say she didn’t say what she said. Don’t waste your time.

Shipped a very important overnight package and it didn't arrive - tried to call for hours left several URGENT messages and no response so came in. Was treated poorly- package ticket was made but never scanned so it's lost. Only recourse is to file a claim. No support, no empathy, no professionalism. I will never ship with them again.Update - because it was never scanned and likely sitting in their back room there is NO way to file a claim with UPS. So frustrated and angry and our stuff is lost.

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received when I recently sent confidential documents to Canada. The service representative was knowledgeable, friendly and EXTREMELY patient with me. UPS will always be my choice for shipping from now on.

This is the WORST UPS that I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately, it’s our local so I have to go there regularly and each time, it’s a nightmare. The staff is so rude and unorganized. I also booked a notary service (and got reminder emails and everything, but when I went into the store, they told me the notary was gone for the day. Then I booked one for the next day and again, this person was out of town. UPS needs to get new staff and figure out how to help this location. It’s painful.

We asked to print three emails. We were told 20 minutes, then sent the highly personal emails. We were then told 24/48 hours, after paying. We then asked to speak to a manager. We were denied three times, by the sweet and professional staff. They would disappear into the back; speak with so said manager and then report nonsense back to us. All in all, the manager refused to MANAGE!!! The kids were too kind to be upset.

If I could do negative stars, I would. Won't be going here again. The clerk was just nasty (woman with glasses, and black/pink hair) and flat out lied to me about pricing. She quoted me $140 for 9-pound large package, and when I said I'll have to take it to the post office, she said it wouldn't be any cheaper because there's a rail strike. I just mailed it at the P.O. for $40, to arrive in 3 days. I understand there's an upcharge for the store, but to outright lie to a customer's face, so they don't go somewhere else, is just wrong.
