This is my first low rating for a hospitality company. TyRosa Ranch accepts reservations on multiple platforms and overbooks their places. They canceled our reservation 5 months after we made it, at their leisure. Avoid them if you don’t want to end up having no place to stay last minute.

Please don't work with this host. We booked this accommodation for our WEDDING weekend in October back in February through Airbnb. He confirmed it, took a deposit and then proceeded to reach out to us in July to tell us that there was a 'calendar syncing issue' and that the place was actually booked for that weekend. We reached out to Airbnb Support and they confirmed that there was no issue on their end, so clearly this was just a mistake or flat out lie on the host's part. He then asked me to cancel MY OWN reservation, obviously so there wouldn't be any repercussions on his end to which Airbnb support said to not do.Absolutely abhorrent customer service. His response to the situation was 'I know this isn't ideal'. I work in hospitality, specifically in hotel management and I have never seen something like this before nor have I ever had to write a review like this. That a technical issue would supposedly go unnoticed for 5 months and then that person be so callous about the fact that this was for our wedding. There is already limited availability in Dripping Springs and we had made specific plans around booking this place. I just ask that you please be careful about working with this host and double check everything before booking.

This place is magic. Surrounded by nature - From the moment you wake up - I saw a fawn through the bathroom window, a fox from the kitchen window, to the horses who are your neighbors. We had such a wonderful time having a beer on the balcony and watching the sun go down. We loved the peace and quiet and woke up with a smile every day. Thank you for hosting us and giving us this special moment in time.

Our team always has the most enjoyable time at TyRosa Ranch. We have stayed with them on multiple occasions and the quality they deliver is outstanding. The houses are clean and very comfortable. It is place you want to call home. Plus, there are so many wonderful activities in Dripping Spring to feed the soul. Beautiful place!

This place is absolutely amazing! My husband and I stayed here and enjoyed ourselves so very much! The property is beautiful and the house is decorated so well and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay! The view of the hill country sunsets are amazing and Ravel is very responsive when it came to getting in contact with him, etc. Easy check in and out process! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This modern, chic, romantic ranch in Dripping Springs is a gem! I had the opportunity to visit this property for a potential wedding location and group retreat. This place is perfect for small intimate events, destination wedding, group retreat or just a getaway. This place is clean and has a five star resort ambiance. ISWD Events and Travel is looking forward to having our clients event here.

Andy's Ranch House was super clean, and really well organized and stocked up! Everything seemed really new- we booked the entire property with 2 houses, it was perfect for our large group. Morning sights of deers and jackrabbits included!

I took a group from Austin to TyRosa Ranch to escape SXSW it was a wonderful experience. The grounds are relaxing yet fun, whether you are sitting on the porch, playing corn hole or making s'mores at the fire pit. The house was modern, clean and very stylish. Everyone had a great time!

I recently stayed with four of my friends. The location and view were amazing, the house was spotless and highly functional for a bigger group. It's perfect if you just want to "get away". I would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at TyRosa Ranch a couple of times now and we love everything about it. Exactly like the photos and even better in person. The property is very quiet with deer roaming freely throughout sunset. The neighboring property has horses and donkeys that come to the fence for attention and food. Which we loved since most of us live in the city. After the first day the kids called it “home”. Trails throughout the property were great for my morning walk. Both homes were tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean and equipped with everything that we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bungalow, is at the top of the hill and has a nice outdoor eating area and a building that could easily be used to host events. There is an upper balcony off one of the bedrooms that provides an incredible view of the sunset. The trees near the bungalow are beautifully lite for evening entertainment. The Ranch house has a two story great room with a large table that seats 12 people (more can be seated at the bar) and the outdoor covered porch is lined with rocking chairs. This is the perfect spot for your morning coffee. There is a large firepit between the two homes which allowed our group of 24 to gather each night and share the events of the day.
