I’m a jersey girl and their cheesesteaks are SO DELICIOUS. Not to mention the service is impeccable. With a full house and 2 people working on a busy Saturday….. they killllled it! Love love love.

I was at the DS Pharmacy (also an excellent experience!) and thought I’d see what Turcotte had, as I’ve never been in before. Well, they have one of the BEST Reuben sandwiches I’ve ever eaten! A lady who was ordering ahead of me recommended their onion rings, and it seemed rude to ignore THAT! They were very good too… really crispy but not falling apart. I bought a couple of salads, but won’t have room for even a taste for a while! BTW, there’s nothing wrong with the atmosphere, I just didn’t want to stay and eat at the counter. It was kind of crowded (hurray for them!) on a midweek post midday hour! I’ll be back… and MAY try some of the other sandwiches!

We Ordered 1 ruben and 1 roast beef sandwiches, 1 soda, and 1 one order of fries on Sunday July 28th at 12:22pm for dine in. Place had about 10 people but room to sit. 10 minutes after we ordered people coming in were being told that it would be between 35 to 45 minutes for them to get food if they wanted to wait which they did not. Asked the counter/bartender if it was really gonna be 35 to 45 minutes for two sandwiches and she went and checked with the lone worker in the sandwich prep area and he said 15 minutes or so and was told they were down a person. 38 minutes after we ordered we got our order of fries. 10 minutes after that we got our sandwiches so almost an hour for the complete meal to show up at our table. We did notice the bartender/order taker helped some in clean up, etc but not in food prep. We assumed she was not trained in that aspect. A few of the people sitting were waiting for take out orders, none of which were more than one bag when they finally got their food. Sandwiches were tasty and large portions but not worth $37 and 45 minute plus wait on a non busy day. Obviously short staffed and stressed out workers and not crossed trained to handle hiccups in staff shortages, no apologies for the delay either

Great food but would not recommend ordering pickup thru 3rd parties as they forgot to download my order so it had to be made when I arrived for pickup. They had it just forgot. Call in your order directly over the phone instead. Food is amazing as everyone else says and was worth the wait!

Honestly can't miss with this place. Friendly people and wonderful menu. Can't wait to visit again.
Vegetarian options: Can modify just about anything to suit your needs.

Only been a handful of times. Owner was slicing deli meat and quickly stopped to say hello and take my order. She called me by my name, which was very refreshing to know that they obviously value their customers. The Philly cheese steak was incredible, I mean incredible!!!! as it has always been in the pasted. Gentlemen preparing the cheesesteak was quick and came around dinner counter top to hand me the to-go order than simply sliding it over. Seldom does anyone receive such attention to detail. They earned a lifetime customer in me. I look forward to going back and trying something new.

Worth the drive! Small shop so expect a small wait for every thing fresh and hand made. The Ruben with their house fry’s hit the spot.

I'd give this place an 11/10 if I could.
Service: impeccable. Cheerful, knowledgeable, and joking staff were an absolute delight and were ready to help get anything you might need.
Food: just.... I don't have words. DELICIOUS DOESN'T DO JUSTICE. Savory, perfectly cooked, and immense, complex flavors. My stomach was angry it didn't have more room. The Reuben eggrolls and garlic cheese curds. Y'all. I'm salivating while I'm writing this, and it's been three weeks.
Atmosphere: like home and Cheers, from the first foot in the door, we felt welcomed, like we'd been coming there for years.

C'mon folks - if that's not a picture perfect, absolutely delicious gold standard of a Reuben, I'm not sure what is.
NYC eat your heart out - just don't touch my Reuben.
It's perfect.
Magnificent culinary experience.
