“Tina literally saved my life. She was super kind, considerate, and went above and beyond for my mom and me.
I was moving my Mom to NM, so I picked up the U-haul from Tina in the morning to get it loaded before it got hot. She helped me plan how to get the car towing trailer coordinated & loaded. So I loaded the U-haul first then came back later with the car to attach and load the trailer. She attached the trailer, walking my mom and I through safety and the mechanisms, and helped us get the car square on the dolly.
Then she did the unthinkable (I still get a little teary-eyed thinking about it.) My mom's driveway was at a 90 degree angle off of a 2-way street with culverts on both sides of the driveway and the road; We were going to have to back the 26' U-haul and the car into this and we had no idea how. After talking to Tina about our situation, SHE CAME OVER TO OUR PLACE AND BACKED IT INTO THE DRIVEWAY FOR US. I cannot tell you how much it meant to my mom and me (who were also dealing with a passing family member throughout the move...) especially because we NEVER would've been able to make that happen on our own.
Now I am not saying that Tina is able to go this above and beyond for everyone she services, but I will say this: If Tina is the one to assist you, you WILL be taken care of.
