Absolutely awful service. I went into the store to add a line, and the manager kept trying to force me to get another line with it. She simply would not take no for an answer. Will never be back.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received at t-mobile. No “hello” when I entered. No “I will be right with you.” Not a word from the employee. I was ready to buy a phone, now I want to change carriers.

Signing up for something that you know nothing about can be very intimidating. However, Bree at the Dripping Springs Store quickly put my mind at ease and had everything completed in less than 30 minutes. Such a great experience! Bree patiently listened and addressed all of my concerns as if I were her only priority of the day. What a true professional and asset this young woman is to T-Mobile!! It’s a 50 mile drive for me but the customer service at the Dripping Springs Store is well worth it and will be my GO TO Store from now on. bk

The most miserable phone shopping experience ever. Went in prepared and ready to purchase a new phone, but the moment was killed quickly by the person working there. She had a horrible attitude and was argumentative right from the start. Highly recommend any T-mobile shoppers to go to a different location. If I did something or said something that upset her, I'm sorry. My mood was happy with excitement to get a new phone, but apparently she read me different. sorry

Top Notch Store! Breanna was great! SUPER friend and helpful. Love her personality so cute! 10 out 10 would recommend. She hooked me up with internet service that is SUPERBBBBB might I add. Better than AT&T and century link in my opinion! Will be back for an iPad!

I went in with a newly purchaed phone from this location and asked for help and advice on a warranty issue. I clearly understand they are not a factory store and they cannot help with warranty issues, but the manager and young gentleman in the store were extremely rude and not at all interested in lending some advice on whether I should fix the phone or get a new one. I ended up getting great advice from the Belterra store and they even helped with the warranty on my phone. I bought a new S22 from the Belterra location with all the accessories. Every customer is a sale. Please be nice to all customers...

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was told by T-Mobile to return my phone to the closest store and they would accept it. I did as they stated and the lady working at this store said they don't accept them and to mail it back. I showed her the text message from T-Mobile stating to return it to any of their stores for a return. She rudely refused. I got home and called T-Mobile and, as I thought, I was correct. She was supposed to accept the phone and the representative said they were having trouble with uncooperative stores like this not following corporate rules. He kindly apologized for her incorrect information. Stay away from this store if you want quality customer service. The lady here obviously was unconcerned with helping me and following corporate rules.

Noah was super sweet when helping me pick out the right device that fit my needs. He really did guide the purchase. He asked me about my day and what I do for a living, and I felt like family! He made sure my needs were met and told me about all the benefits included. The accessories I was confused on, and he answered all of my questions. Really professional young man! Thank you. My experience with this store has been great on a few visits; the friction has been caused by the transition from Sprint for me and a family member. The manager, Bree, is very knowledgeable and was able to answer most questions (because who can figure out what the f'ing remnants of "Sprint" is doing).
