A few weeks ago, I took my Infiniti Q50 to Sterling Auto Collision in Drippin to repair damage to a rear quarter panel and a rear passenger door. I worked with Mel who was very professional, thorough, and helpful. The work was done timely and for a reasonable price that was significantly less than the price quoted by the dealer. The quality of the work was excellent, and I was very pleased with the entire experience. If we need similar repairs in the future, we will be sure to contact Mel at Sterling for their help.

Very disappointed in the some of the shoddy repair work done. The windshield trim was replaced twice and each time it flew off in less than a day. They said they were ordering a replacement for months and months somehow it never got ordered. I was patient, Then they just began avoiding answering calls. Now another external body trim piece on the work they did has come off. I wanted to give business to a local independent shop. In this case I regret that decision.

Sterling Auto Collision did a fantastic job replacing my side mirror on my car. The price was fair, and they were able to get the part for my car & replace it in a matter of a few days! The team at Sterling Collision are terrific. Very professional, friendly, and prompt. I have used them to repaint the hood of my black Yukon XL, body repair on a silver Impreza, and even had work done on my black Silverado. I can't recommend them enough.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the BMW I took in. They were able to give me a very named appraisal based on historical knowledge of the longevity of the aging parts on my aging e46.

I am not much for reviews but these guys did a great job fixing my oopsie. Body work is expensive and I was paying fully out of pocket. The bill was very kind to me. Thanks guys! I would recommend based on my experience with them.P.S. They still owe me the Honda emblem for the trunk, haha. But it looks fine without it,

I opted to take my car here instead of an in-network insurance body shop to get my car evaluated after an accident. Mel was patient with all of my questions and was my help hotline for dealing with my insurance company trying to take advantage of me.
