RBFCU is a great bank and credit union that offers all expected banking services with a commitment to improving members' economic well-being. It is described as a smarter banking choice with personalized service. Members report the sign-up process as quick and easy, with staff being nice, informative, and good at their job. The credit union offers great perks and is easier to deal with than big banks. However, the ATM at one location is noted as extremely inconvenient and unreliable, often being non-operational.
Great bank, no complaints there. The ATM at this location, however, is the most unreliable ATM I've ever seen in my life. Over the past several months it's 50:50 as to whether or not the machine is operational or not. Extremely inconvenient.

We have been so happy being with RBFCU ever since it was suggested to us to switch to a credit union. The lady who helped up set everything up was very nice and good at her job. They offer some really great perks and are so much easier to deal with than big banks.
