Slow, rude, weird rules that are not state or federal laws…they are a pain. Avoid and use another bank.

worst bank i've ever dealt with. they act like the customer works for them. i withdrew all my money and closed my business account. they acted like they dont care.i have accounts at two other banks in dripping springs. they are both great.prosperity bank sucks.

Worst bank I’ve ever used. The management thinks customers are here to work for them. I closed my account and opened an account with a bank who wants my business.Extremely poor management.
