Do not waste your time or money here. Left without any answers and an easy out for the dr to prescribe antibiotic for whatever the ailment was. Nurse did not have any bedside manner. Absolute nightmare.

Sarah Browning is amazing. The support staff is horrendous. It’s so hard to get anything done here anymore. Lost its family feel.Yes again, another train wreck here today. I think it’s time to move on. Will truly miss Sarah but the overall leadership and policies of this place suck a lot. You will keep bleeding patients if you treat people this way.

Firstly, the Doctors are great. My doc is awesome and his medical assistants are. I had an issue on getting a medication approved and the pre-authorization department at PFP approved but it got kicked back for another approval. I wanted to know the details so that I could understand the process especially since I was going out of town. The Adminstrative Manager Karen Logan got on the call and was very Rude, Condescending and continued to talk over me. I could not even explain my questions without her assuming she knew the status when she completely did not. Once, I explained her the status and what I was asking about the pre-authorization process she tried to push me off as a number especially when I continued to ask more questions she continued to hurry and try to get me off of the phone. This made me feel super uncomfortable which drew more questions for me to ask until Karen Logan said because of the way the call was going that she had to go and hung up on me. Asking questions to understand was too challenging because Karen was feeding me a bunch of different answers and did not like to be questioned. What a unpleasant experience from Premier Family Physicians in Dripping Springs office.

Do not go here!

I was extremely happy the first 3 years I went there. They stopped drawing blood for lab work and now want thier patients to wait an indefinite amount of time at a lab downstairs. They have apparently forgotten how valuable thier patients time is or the fact we were expecting them to be the service provider.

Doctors are great but the customer service and communication from the front desk is terrible. Good luck getting an appointment if you are sick. The front desk/operators that answer the phone are clueless and seem like they are having a terrible day each time you call.

This doctor office is a SCAM. I went initially for a earache (10-15 minute) visit with no problems with my ear. I asked the front desk what will my TOTAL be with insurance and will I get another bill she said no. Gave me the price and I made payment. Almost a month later I received a bill for an additional 157.00. I had went round and round with the doctors office and the billing office. FINALLY after two walk in meetings and a few months later they had fixed the bill. So then my husband needed to go to the doctor for a muscle injury. I said if you go to this clinic ask and make sure that what you are paying upfront is all that will be required. He asked the front desk and she said looks like all you will have to pay is x amount. Then after the visit he double checked and she said yep this is it and he even said, "I wont be getting another bill right?" She said that's correct. Low and behold we have another bill. I am not sure how they keep taking advantage of people so often. I had many different excuses from the wrong code or there was a mistake (this was for my bill). I'm so angry about this clinic.

They have updated their policy to where masks are only required if you actually have flu like symptoms which I really appreciate. And Dr. Browning is very knowledgeable, throughout and kind and professional. I definitely recommend her.

Called to verify benefits in Athena, but the office could not be troubled to verify benefits. When I asked for them to review insurance benefits, I was given the standard "we don't take that insurance here" line. I work in insurance contracting with employers and have done so for major carriers and Medicare, and the way the office handles insurance conversations leaves something to be desired, if the providers knew how the staff communicates with potential patients, they may be crestfallen.

Sarah Browning has been my primary care provider for over five years now. She is professional, through, and always up to date on appropriate treatment protocols. She has coordinated referrals to specialists when appropriate, and she has managed my care within her scope of practice better than many physicians I’ve had over the years. I trust her to take care of my entire family.

Really helpful staff. I had an insurance mix up with PFP where my insurance was adamant (after several hours on the phone) that a PFP sick visit I had had was not covered. PFP reached out to me directly, dealt with the issue, and got my insurance coverage resolved. They also called directly to follow up and make sure everything was taken care of. Really appreciated that!

Dr. William Noble is wonderful. He takes the time to listen to your needs and develops a plan of care with you as a patient. He's respectful and kind. Great bedside manner.

The staff are wonderful and helpful in every way. I see Dr. Amjadi and she is thorough, taking time with patients and not rushing patients through visits. She is kind and knowledgeable.
