That alone would be plenty reason to go solely to her, but she is also the loveliest, funniest person you could meet. She genuinely cares about her clients, and her easy conversation makes the time fly while she does her lash magic. The shop is also really cute. I recently visited this hair salon for a haircut and color, and I had a rather unusual experience. The stylist met with me and began asking questions about my hair history, including how long it had been since my last appointment and what color I wanted. I provided clear and straightforward answers to her many inquiries.However, what made this visit memorable, unfortunately, was the stylist's persistent and somewhat condescending behavior. It seemed like she had trouble accepting my responses and repeatedly asked the same questions in different ways, all while adopting a rather condescending tone.After some back-and-forth, I again communicated that I simply wanted a cut (of a couple of inches) since it had been a couple of months, and I wished to maintain the same color highlights. I also told her that I was open to her suggestions if she had any to offer (which she did not). To my surprise, instead of proceeding with the services I had requested, the stylist expressed discomfort with my answers and ultimately declined to cut my hair and said I was not providing her with answers she was comfortable with. I was so taken aback by her response and negative tone!While I can appreciate a stylist's need for clarity and assurance that they are fulfilling their clients' wishes, the experience I had at this salon left me feeling unheard, embarrassed, and dismissed. I believe that effective communication and attentiveness to a client's preferences are essential in the hairdressing profession, and regrettably, this encounter fell short of my expectations. As a result, I left the salon without the services I had originally sought, and I can't help but feel disappointed by the entire experience. I am in shock by her robotic response and the complete lack of customer service.I came to the salon for a haircut and instead left the salon feeling hurt, belittled and embarrassed — and no haircut!

Honestly, I had to come back and update my previous review. While I did enjoy my nails, this business is poorly run. When the nail tech INSISTED that I schedule for 3 weeks out to have a fill done I asked if I would get a reminder ahead of time. She said that I would. No reminder was sent. They called me the day of the appointment asking if I was coming in. When I informed them I hadn't gotten a reminder (as promised) and could not come in, they charged me a $20 cancelation fee. When I called them back to ask why I am being charged, they insisted that since it is stated on their site, that there was nothing they could do. I understand that they have these fees for random cancelations but they did not hold up their end of the bargain. Especially considering there was no mention of a cancellation fee when the tech insisted that I schedule for a future appointment. Seems like a poor way to handle an honest mistake and guarantee repeat business.

Very friendly service. Prices are higher than I want to pay. Perhaps the haircut was too trendy for my liking. So it's all up to your taste.

Allie is best! Please check out this place, they do many things and not just haircuts. First time I visited Allie cut my hair and now I always go to her. I assure you, you will not be disappointed when you get haircut from her. I am yet to try nails with them. I don’t do eyebrows so I won’t be able to share review for that.

I went to get my lashes done and came out with glue on my lashes and no actual lashes. It was done so poorly and not even close to what I have asked for. In the middle of this appt. is when I found out the girl was a trainee. She took more than 2 hours. She offered to take it off and they did while also spilling water and my back was drenched. They offered a free service next time i come but every time I have booked an appt it has been canceled or asked to be resecuedled. dont go here frService: Eyelash extensions

DO NOT BOOK FOR BRIDAL PARTYS(makeup)The worst experience I have ever had. The owner is very unprofessional, rude, belittling, and condescending. I was told the makeup would be air brushed and at no point did they do so. We were a party of seven and only 4 were able to get their makeup done. The makeup artist (the owner) was completely rude to the brides grandmother because the grandmother said that she didn’t like where she had placed the darkest shadow and wanted her to blend it out more, mind you the only reason she said anything at all is because the makeup artist asked if she wanted to alter or change anything about the look. When the brides grandmother said didn’t like the shadow placement the makeup artist got really offended and completely took her off of the schedule for hair and makeup. Now at no point was this 70 year old woman rude or mean, so we were in complete shock when this happen. We should have then decided to leave the salon, but we did not have any of our beauty tools to just leave as we were 5hrs from home in town for a wedding. As the next person sat down to begin their make up we noticed the owners apron was completely filthy as she was wiping off her makeup brushes on her apron and reusing the make up brushes, at this point we were afraid to say anything in fear of her refusing service as it would be extremely difficult to find someone willing to squeeze us in in such short notice. The makeup artists are very unexperienced when it comes to event makeupThey do not fill or shape the brows and only put clear gel on the brows. They do not prep the lids and just go in with the shadow so you don’t get the full color pigment. They do very little contour and do not set the face with any powder after. For the amount of money that we paid ($185each) we were very disappointed with the end result, normally I don’t care what kind of products are used, but by the end of the night none of the bridal party’s makeup had lasted very long.Products used for makeup:Maybelline(foundation), Elf, BH Cosmetics and a couple other drugstore products….The grandmother did not want you to remove the makeup she just wanted it blended out, but you didn’t want to hear it, like you said, you had decided early on that you just didn’t want to work with her, she was not rude at all, YOU suggested to remove the makeup when all you had done was her shadow, we spent more time trying to convince you to pls finish her makeup then you actually apply the shadow and we arrived at 8:30 as scheduled… when confronted quietly about the apron the owner got very defensive and the OWNER started to raise her voice and proceeded to kick us out, ONLY then did we raise our voice.. the owner is very unwilling to hear the client and meet the basic expectations of good customer service and quite frankly just an all around mean person.. Also I have the receipt still if you’d like I can post a picture, I could have just left without paying, because I was so dissatisfied with the work and treatment of your business, but didn’t because that wouldn’t be right…Service: Makeup services

For my bridal hair trial, I was told by the stylist to come in with freshly washed hair, with zero product. I have naturally tight curls. Every curly girl knows how terrible that's going to look, so I was really hesitant, but I did as I was told. When I arrived it was super clear that they didn't know what to do with my frizzy, untamed locks. There was some back and forth between the owner and the stylist before I was spritzed with a leave in conditioner and the stylist begin. I asked about additional products and I was told that I'd be buying several products later.... news to me. At this point I was fighting tears. I had really hoped this would be a good appointment and I was so disappointed. Despite myself, it was written all over my face. When I objected to buying a ton of products, when I already have quality products at home which I know work well with my curls, the owner returned. She berating me about not being flexible and me needing to work with them... what? Like literally what? I hadn't been arguing. I had been having my own personal meltdown in the salon chair- trying to figure out how I got into this situation with professionals who don't seem to know basic curly hair care...but I wasn't arguing with anyone. I couldn't understand why she was accusing my and acting like I was being ridiculous. I finally said I didn't think we'd reach an agreement and I left... I really felt pushed out the door. They refused to schedule a hair or makeup trial unless I paid a deposit for the wedding day, so I knew that'd be lost, but I emailed the owner the next day to cancel the hair and makeup services I had scheduled with them. I felt like it was worth telling the owner, whom I'd had such a negative interaction with, what my experience at her salon had been. I didn't want anyone else to have my same experience. Also, I'm also generally opposed to blasting anyone on review sites without giving them a chance to defend themselves. She replied to tell me I she didn't bother to read my email, before she then denied my experiences, told me I was projecting, said that I'd heard wrong, before telling me to never contact her or her salon again. Literally why would I ever want to talk to this person again? So at this point I feel fine in saying, don't take your curls here. Just don't.

This “owner” truly is delusional “this person has never stepped foot into our salon or talked to our employee” I guess I’ll add a picture of my receipt as well ? The amount of effort to not take accountability is CRAZYIf you want to leave a place in tears, I wouldhighly recommend this salon.-Please don’t express any warranted negativity with this salon or people it will not be addressed in any appropriate manner and will be portrayed as them giving you their all and best ( see review replies below) I think that’s what makes this situation truly sick to me. For the future I hope the owner realizes how far taking accountability and a simple apology goes but in this case neither will be received & will continue to be misplaced blame truly disheartening.
