I would have given 5 stars but only because of the wonderful person who helped me today at the Dripping Springs location around 10:30am. Ava was amazing!!! I came in to see if I could get my check engine light read. Walked up to the counter and after asking the older gentleman at the counter, he dismissed me and pawned me off onto the younger gentleman who then pointed at a customer coming in behind me, but not saying a word. So after I was dismissed by not one but two gentleman that worked at this store, Ava came up from what appeared to be stocking on the floor, grabbed the reader and assisted me outside. She was attentive, polite and informative. While I was completely disappointed in the gentlemen actions, Ava deserves an accommodation, a raise, a pat on the back, and overall Thank You for doing and amazing job attending to customer!! Keep up the good work Ava! Do better gentleman.

HUGE shout out to Noah. He went absolutely above and beyond today to help me with my dead battery. Unfortunately the other guy working there didn’t look so thrilled with his life, but Noah just popped out the back and offered to help me replace my battery…in the pouring rain!! Poor Noah was soaked, but didn’t bat an eye. Someone give this guy a raise!

Outstanding service, prices, and warranty. Bought an O’Reilly Super Start battery from the Dripping Springs store 2 yrs ago. Went bad yesterday and I was able to walk into the store today and get another one for FREE b/c covered under their warranty. Fantastic! Process was easy and no-hassle as well.

I typically get great service from this location. They walk me to products they research thing they're courteous today however, an old heavy set man missing a lot of teeth behind the counter was quite rude. I had called in to confirm a part was available and they ended up not having it. I told him that I had called to confirm, and I wouldn't have come otherwise. He exclaimed,well, SEEYALATER! I'm sorry, but this is just no way to treat anyone. a simple misunderstanding and apology would have been appropriate.

One of the reasons I love dripping springs is because you often see a lot of kids working in the stores around here. If you ever have the pleasure of Lucas serving you at this Oreilly location, you lucked out. He went over and above to make sure I got what I needed. The service was impeccable, and his knowledge at such a young age was remarkable.

Everyone was super friendly. My check engine light came on and I went to have it read. Ordered the part on the spot. Only had one choice; I was charged for the part 71.99, freight 11.39 and then a service fee $5.00.Looked online to make sure this part was a good one and after reading multiple reviews determined the part would most likely fail within a month of installing it as most people had issues after a week. I went back in on the same day 11/1/23 and asked for a refund hours later and was told only the part could be refunded, no one mentioned ahead of time the freight and service charge were non refundable! This is crazy, I feel totally nickeled and dimed. The assistant manager was nice and refunded the part but didn't have the authority to refund anything else. Stay clear of freight charges if you shop here; and decide their part is trash. I'll be taking my business elsewhere because nice only gets ya so far. It hadn't even been 9 hours so more than likely, the part is still in the same spot it was in when I went in that morning before ordering it.

Ava was awesome! I was in a time crunch Saturday morning and needed a new battery. Within 15 minutes I had it installed and was stress-free. Fast and friendly service. Thank you!!
