I was so happy to find this outstanding compounding pharmacy when I moved here in 2020. Every person on their staff is excellent. They communicate with customers and also help out when physicians' offices are unhelpful. If a prescription looks wrong, they check into it. Most places just fill it and don't say anything. They also carry medical equipment, and if they don't have something you need, they will find it and order it for you.

The compounding pharmacy did a wonderful job of keeping my dog’s meds ready when they needed to be. They did a quick turnaround more than once for me and I’m very appreciative.

After we moved here, I wanted to support as much local business as I could. Transferring my pharmaceutical needs here from a national chain store was a great decision. They have been helpful, patient, and accommodating. Everyone is welcoming and attentive and they really make an effort to take care of us. I would recommend Dripping Springs Pharmacy to anyone looking for a professional yet friendly hometown experience.

This pharmacy is wonderful! I love the text message feature for busy parents like me who can’t always be on the call. They are quick, and so kind! My son river got some meds filled and they got it all done super quickly and even left a hand written note wishing him well soon. Little things like that really mean so much! It’s a 30 min drive for us to this pharmacy but their hospitality and kind staff (like Stephanie) make it all worth it! Thank you guys again

The friendliest, most helpful pharmacy ever! When they couldn’t fill my prescription to the full amount requested, Megan did all the work to transfer it over to another place for me. They were so amazing to work with. I highly recommend them for your pharmaceutical needs!

This pharmacy has been an amazing resource for our family for many years now. Steph went above and beyond to get a compounded prescription filled quickly when needed which helped me so much. They have high quality supplements, with staf always willing to answer questions and help. It reminds me of an apothecary from another time and I’m so grateful to the wonderful team who works there.

Pharmacy for rich people. I guess if you've got cash to burn then try it out, they're all very nice (or if you need compounding services, I do not, compounding services cannot be procured at most pharmacies to my knowledge). Accepts no coupons. Picked up some generics today, price is 11 times what I can get it for at HEB. Literally, no joke. 11x. Should have checked good rx before filling. Oh, and they laughed at my doctor telling me prices, like "Doctors don't know how much pharmacies charge". HEB's price: just what my doctor told me. So arrogant as well as overpriced. Never returning, never recommending again.Edit: The response below is correct, Mary reached out to me later in the day, refunded me 100% for the medication, and explained that a mistake was made. At the time, the technicians (or Pharmacists? Not trying to belittle someone's title, just not sure who was what) left little doubt in their response to my questions about the price, and directly told me that they do not accept coupons and that the doctor was wrong. However, I understand that things are not black and white, this is a complex industry with complex billing systems, and that fundamentally people make mistakes sometimes and are not perfect. I feel that this pharmacy made good with this problem, and they have absolutely assured me that there will be no further issue like this. I believe them, and would encourage anyone who might have had an issue like this to talk with them and give them the chance to correct it. Had they not reached out I would absolutely not be going back, but they did. I consider myself properly mollified and will continue to use them. Upped to 4 stars for the quick and judicious handling of the problem.

Location is conveniently located down town dripping. Store has a lot of wonder products you won’t find at other stores. Parking is a not good, lanes are too small and parking lot is odd shaped. Went here for covid vaccine (September 11 2021) and had a absolutely horrible reaction. Been dealing with debilitating side effects now for more then three weeks. Having to see internal medicine doctor, cardiologist and more specialists doctors to come.Staff is not prepared to deal with any side effects or complications beyond giving water and ice. Theirs no emergency room any were near this location. Unfortunately dripping springs did not provide any information related to side effects or caution information about reactions or complications. It should be the law that this has to be provided! Seriously, laminate the side effects and ingredients pamphlet that manufacture supplies and leave on the counter.This review is not to bash.It’s to inform individuals of potential serious side effects from covid vaccine and that if you have one administered, dripping springs pharmacy/Martin’s they can’t do any thing but provide water and ice. If you do get he vaccine definitely go to a doctors office where you can get medical attention if need be. I don’t want any one to go through what I’m dealing with.Update: I have lowered rating to 1 star.I don’t appreciate being called in an effort to boost your google rating. The person that administered the vaccine ( person allegedly trained ) was no were to be seen or heard of post injection. Fact of the matter is closest ER is almost 30 minutes away.Seriously take some accountability and provide the pamphlet that comes with the vaccine to educate customers and let them be aware of potential allergic reaction due to ingredients, side effects and complications. No diphenhydramine/ Benadryl or epinephrine/epi pen was offered nor oximetry. Keep trained staff around even if it’s close to closing time. Don’t ever contact me again unless your calling to cover my medical bills. Note: I’m reposting for 3rd time, Some how my review keeps getting deleted.
