Mom LOVES Lewis Family Medicine because of Dr. Lewis' bedside manner. Mom is 89 years of age, and Dr. Lewis is so gentle and caring. She trusts him because he truly cares about her health and well-being.Dr. Lewis staff, Kelli and Jessica are very efficient and so friendly. We actually make a 45-minute drive to Dripping Springs to see Dr. Lewis because he is our Primary Care Physcian by choice and are so happy and honored to be patients of Dr. Lewis.We even had the pleasure of meeting his wife, Michelle, and she is so sweet and personable.Lewis Family Medicine provides a pleasurable office visit with minimal stress.Do yourself a favor and make Dr. Kevin Lewis, your personal doctor -- you will be so glad you did!WE LOVE HIM!

I have seen Dr Lewis on and off for two years now. I’m 60 years old and have a few chronic issues, the worst of which is diabetes. I really appreciate how Dr Lewis take the time to explain options for treatment and that he answers all of my questions. I really appreciate that he treats my diabetes aggressively unlike some doctors I’ve had in the past that just tell me not to worry about it. I also appreciate the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. Jessica has always gone out of her way to help me, especially with issues that turn up working with the VA procedures. Kelli is also great. She gives great advise and has trick up her sleeve to help injections feel painless. Every staff member at Dr Lewis’s office has been great. Unfortunately I can’t remember everyone’s name. Thanks

I think this is by far the best medical provider in Texas. Dr. Lewis and his team care. They all go above and beyond, even in the back office. Candie Crawford helped me with my insurance and prescription and worked relentlessly to get me what I needed. She went above and beyond! Dr. Lewis is excellent, and I could not thank him enough.

Ghia is super friendly and engaging at the front desk. Also very helpful when I have had to call in. Looking forward to continuing care with Joanna Hicks. First in person appointment with Joanna yesterday and she was very helpful.

We are trying to control my Diabetes and he is doing a great job. Also Kelli,CMA, is absolutely the very best at taking care of me. She goes way above the normal. Tom Capps

So hard to get a hold of. Last time and now again for almost 2 weeks I have not received a return phone call. Urgent care answers but then they transfer me to voicemail to the family medicine side. They need to check their voicemail. Maybe new patients wanting an appointment have called?

Really loved our first experience, BUT continued visits have changed our mind. They closed our local office without warning while we were waiting to follow up on test results. Then we decided to try and stick with them regardless and made an appointment when my wife needed to refresh a prescription that required a check up. We drive nearly an hour to get to this location and we get there to learn that they have no record of our appointment at all and were turned away.This was pretty devastating since my wife had mentally prepared for days for this rather invasive check up. On top of that, a symptom of a recurring episode we needed to identify was showing up that day, meaning we could get it tested that day as well. It really was a u-turn in the care we previously received.We ended up going down the hall to the urgent care to see the doctor that we saw before, but when they weren't there we settled for another since we were told to get it tested when it was showing up and we might not get another chance. The doctor ended up ordering more testing than we asked for and now we have a bill for hundreds of dollars and the cherry on top is results did not ID the condition. I guess maybe more testing was needed but it would have been nice to know ahead of time instead of on the bill.

The phone is rarely, if ever, picked up. If /when you finally get thru to speak to a manger because they submitted a schedule2 rx incorrectly, you get to have them resubmit incorrectly AGAIN and then not return phone calls, not keep you updated or anything, literally nothing. I feel like I’m chasing and begging them to do anything to help (after all I’ve paid them to do so) and keep getting pushed to the back burner because they’ve already made their money.. it’s been more than a week that I’ve been in contact with them and this still isn’t fixed, I don’t understand how this can happen at a “professional” practice.. They definitely do NOT have their patient best interest at heart, seems more so they have their pockets best interest at heart. Maybe with this review I might actually hear from them.

My husband went to this urgent care about 2 weeks ago due to foot injury. I would say everyone there were very friendly and helpful. They were probably understaffed since the front desk lady was the only one who check patients in and out and had to answer all incoming phone call, so I waited about 10-15minutes just to get a wheelchair when there was no other patient there. My husband did the X-ray on his foot but the result was inconclusive so the doctor or the NP ordered CT scan to see whether my husband needed a surgery or just the orthopedic cast would be enough. My husband took the CT scan the next day and was told the result would send to the doctor that same afternoon. We followed up with them for the CT scan report after 4 days, they said they hadn't received the report yet. We then called back 3 days later, still we were told the report was not in yet. We then contacted the CT scan facility and was told the report was faxed and email to the doctor that same day that my husband did the scan. They emailed the report to us directly this time and looked like nothing too serious. We contacted the urgent care again and forwarded the report to them for the doctor to look over just in case we miss anything. We were told they would call us back in 5 minutes but now 4 days had passed, we still haven't not received any response yet. Luckily my husband's foot is feeling better now but i would not trust this facility for anything serious.

The best part of my visit was the doctor who took care of me. Dr. Kerry Ramon was focused and attentive on my needs, taking notes and had reviewed my chart and asked me questions to understand what was going on. She recommended some meds and I was better in a couple of days. She is the best!

Not what I was expecting. Pushing 70 and living life in the fast lane, well, usually I'll get the, "This guy is too far gone and he apparently doesn't care so what are we doing here?" But I feel that Dr. Kevin Lewis cares about people and maybe any judgement is set aside. I could be as wrong as the way I've lived but anybody needing medical care really should give this practice a go. I can't remember all the names of these very nice, respectable, staff members but I was put at ease, feeling like we've known each other for years. Or maybe months!!! Well, that's my take on Lewis Family Medicine. I'd bet on 'em. Q1 And for an emergency, Urgent Care is right there.Stay healthy y'all!

Annual exam visit was efficiently completed. Dr Lewis was terrific. He asked pertinent questions, and took the time to listen and respond to my questions and concerns. Felt like he was thorough, yet efficient.

I was a patient of Dr. Lewis for over two years. Over all, the care I received was professional and appropriate, although I find it difficult to connect with his staff other than through their medical portal. My two star rating is due for the following reason: My last one-on-one visit with Dr. Lewis was this year, and he and his staff never informed me they were shutting down their practice in my area and moving their entire office to Dripping Springs, so very disappointed in the lack of courtesy and professionalism in that respect. In addition, I needed to see a specialist only to be referred to a doctor who specializes only in pediatrics. Not sure how his staff member could get that one wrong. So, I ended up doing my on research and found the specialist that I need. Meanwhile my health condition has not been resolved, I have lost work hours, and I tried again to reach out only to face the same hurdles in connecting and communicating with his staff, and I never received a call back from the doctor. Dr. Lewis seems to like technology, and I am all about progress and technology, but he really needs to work on improving his business model and how his patients are treated. I wish Dr. Lewis and his staff the best, but I leave disappointed and in search of a new family doctor.
