“I cannot say kind enough things about this place. I have worked with them three times now and each time they have been friendly, helpful, and efficient.The first time, someone tried to pry my door open to break into it. I took it to the shop and they were able to bend the door back in place within ten minutes, free of charge; sent me on my way without having to worry about insurance claims and all that.The second time, someone rear ended me. I was back and forth with their insurance trying to figure out their requirements, and Caliber staff was able to communicate with insurance to get my needs across. They repaired my bumper back to looking brand new within a week, assisting me with enterprise processes as well.The third time, the light in my trunk wasn't working. I brought it in the next morning, and again, within ten minutes they were able to fix it free of charge.The office staff is polite, quick, and goes the extra mile to get all the information you need. The repair staff is friendly, efficient, and always checks in afterwards to make sure your repairs are up to your standards.Wish I could give this place 6 stars!
