If you value your time, health, and dignity, do NOT go to Dr.Noble's office. My experience with Dr. Noble was beyond disappointing. While he might give the illusion of listening, it quickly became clear that he wasn't truly engaged or interested in addressing my concerns. When I brought my up a potential cause for my symptoms, he outright dismissed it without consideration. I later consulted another doctor who actually took me seriously--and, lo and behold, my suspicions were correct. Dr. Noble doesn't treat you like a valued patient; instead, you're just a number, a paycheck, or a means to an end. His dismissive attitude left me feeling invisible and unimportant. And if that weren't bad enough, the office staff is the epitome of unprofessionalism. They are consistently rude, both in person and over the phone, with zero sense of compassion or courtesy. Calling their phone etiquette "lacking" would be an understatement--it's almost as if they go out of their way to be unpleasant. This is not a Christian-hearted office, and there is absolutely no love or care shown toward patients. Instead, you're greeted with coldness, judgment, and an utter lack of professionalism. They seem more focused on chatting amongst themselves or doing their nails than on actually doing their jobs. The waiting room only adds to the misery. It feels like a dungeon--dirty, unkempt, and depressing. The stained seats and neglected environment made me question the overall hygiene of the entire practice. Sitting in that space genuinely felt like stepping into a small version of hell. It's an unsettling experience that no patient should have to endure. At its core, this office lacks the fundamental qualities that make a healthcare experience even remotely tolerable: kindness, respect, and a willingness to listen. Without those qualities, they are failing as a practice. Save yourself the frustration, the emotional strain, and the wasted time. There are far better doctors and offices in the area--ones where you will be treated like a human being, not just another number. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Want a doctor who listens and works with you instead of talking at you, or worse, dictating to you? Then try Jenna Whitehead at PFP! What amazing care!

I have had wonderful experiences at this practice. I am always able to get in for emergent medical needs. Stacy Royer listens to my concerns and always provides thorough feedback. I never feel rushed. The front desk staff are kind, as are the nurses. I highly recommend this team!

Dr. Sharman and his staff provide excellent service and quality care... From testing to care, and prescriptions, they are excellent from top to bottom.

i was a patient of Dr. Bobb till he left and moved to Georgia. My wife was a patient of Dr. Amjadi so i set up an appointment for 6/21/23 with Dr. Amjadi. This appointment was scheduled last March. They have been sending me all the emails and texts to do my check in early, etc. but they waited till ONE HOUR before my appointment to call me and tell me that Dr. Amjadi is not accepting new patients and they had moved my appointment to some other doctor in their clinic. i was going to Amjadi because my wife really likes her and the one time i met her during my wife's appointment, i did too. However, switching me to a different doc with literally one hours notice and putting me with some new guy that no one has ever heard of is just unacceptable. Not sure where i am going but i'll never go to Premier Family Physicians again!!! Not in Dripping Springs, not in Austin, not anywhere. This is grossly un-professional. I'll do my best to influence my wife to go somewhere else as well.

Dr. Noble is an outstanding doctor and is very consultative. The staffing is not as competent as they were not able to properly submit the pre authorization forms to my insurance with clear guidance resulting in my denial of benefits. Upon follow up with my insurance, it was determined that the office never provided the requested documentation for approval even though I was eligible for coverage.

They have updated their policy to where masks are only required if you actually have flu like symptoms which I really appreciate. And Dr. Browning is very knowledgeable, throughout and kind and professional. I definitely recommend her.

Dr. William Noble is wonderful. He takes the time to listen to your needs and develops a plan of care with you as a patient. He's respectful and kind. Great bedside manner.

Always available and friendly. Multiple doctors and PA are there to see you and I think they also have telemedicine available. Quick check convenient and easy.

I had tested negative for Covid at home multiple times and I felt my symptoms were more in line with something else like strep throat. Which has been going around my sons daycare. However when they heard my symptoms, sore throat, body aches, chills etc. they automatically put me into a possible Covid case. They would not see me in person just on a virtual visit although strep would need a full examination and testing. They also gave me the option of driving 45 minutes out of my way to sit in the car to get treated. This sounded like a nightmare given I could barely get up this morning. I decided to look for other options and went to another clinic in Dripping Springs that would physically see me and just as I expected, I had strep throat. So are we only seeing people that are well? I have always been respectful and understanding of Covid protocols but come on, do doctors really feel this is best way to insure the health of our community? This cattle call of doctor visits may work in some cases, but does not work for all.

I normally see Sarah Browning, whom I adore but i needed a same day appointment for work last minute and was seen by Dr Andrew Papendieck and I had a great experience. He was kind and understanding with me having to drag my toddler along to the appointment and made an effort to interact with us both. He addressed both of my concerns and I felt listened to and not like he was in a rush. I have a hard time trusting physicians after many years of medical issues and always being rushed or ignored but I very much recommend Dr Papendieck. I hope these words get passed along to him because a kind and understanding doctor really makes a difference to a patient's day!

I recently moved to DS and have been on a hunt to find a practice that could care for me and my husband's healthcare needs. My experience from beginning to end was second to none. Making the appointment was a breeze online and I was greeted in person with a warm, organized, staff. I saw Sarah Browning, NP this morning who was very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. She took her time and made sure to answer all of my questions while displaying excellent bedside manner! During the visit I learned that the practice also offers pediatric care which will make it super convenient to bring our teenage kiddos. Feeling blessed and confident in choosing Premiere Family Physicians in Dripping Springs.

Sarah Browning is my primary care provider. She is a nurse practitioner. I am 77 years old, so I have had a LOT of doctors in my life. I would rate Sarah as the best primary provider that I have ever had.

I recently moved from out of state and needed to establish a doc somewhere. I had a hard time finding a lot of consistently well reviewed doctors in the Dripping Springs area...until I came across Dr Erin Amhadi. She was nice, knowledgeable, clear, and helpful understanding some possible allergies issues I've been having. Great bedside manner which can be hard to find. Furthermore, the staff (at least that day) was super sweet and friendly. I find it's not common to find both a great doctor with a great staff. I'm happy to have found a place I intend to keep going to in the future.
