“I have had my chase checking and savings accounts for about 9 months now. It has been a wonderful experience. They are very nice in person and on the phone. I have had a few things come up and they took care of me immediately and I couldn't thank them enough. I even had an issue with making a large payment on a medical procedure and the man who worked with me didn't stop until I walked out able to pay the payment that day as promised. They take their time to help you and don't make you feel like just another person. I really like them and plan to stay with them for as long as I can. The online banking is super helpful and I can do anything I need to most of the time without any issues.”
