Took my car in when they were closed on Sunday and left my keys in the drop box. They sent me their diagnostics of the car on Tuesday (luckily not as bad as I had thought), and had it fixed by Friday for a reasonable price. Very happy with my decision to use Whitlock.”

If I need a patch, they're quick to take care of it. If a new tire is needed and they don't have it in stock, it will usually be there by the next morning and they'll even put my spare on to tide me over.

One week for a new engine is unheard of, other shops were 2-3 weeks out and i dropped it off same day. He is my go to diesel shop, most knowledgeable guys. Made the mistake of following a set of outdated installation instruction and under torqued the nuts causing one to come off while driving.
