Did not have to wait more than 5 min to be seen with appt . They prepared paperwork to help limit the amount of stuff you fill out.

I had a very productive visit. The MA was training another MA, so I got to hear the philosophy behind everything and got to have them done twice and checked by a more senior person. Kaitin E Gastinger, ANRN, FNPBC was also very good. They saw me on time and it was the 1st Medicare wellness visit. All in all I had a very productive and good visit.

Be wary. This place does not respect your time, even if you are their own patient here to do lab work at the ARC lab that an ARC doctor ordered for you.

The absolute WORST if you actually need to talk to someone. I changed doctors just because I can never talk to a person.

Both pediatricians and Dr. Kielhorn are great doctors! Sanchez misdiagnosed my issue a while back, and I ended up needing surgery, after going back a second time to see a different doctor.

Dr. Sanchez-Ellig is VERY professional, she listens to my needs and takes care of them very quickly. I have been seeing her and her staff for a couple of months now and they are amazing! I have been going to ARC for years now and she is one of the few doctors that I love.

Saw Dr Norris for a dog bite. Medicare refuses to pay for tetanus shot because Arc coding listed as a vaccine shot instead of a injury. Now I owe 98 dollars because of their screw upNot happy at all. Watch what you do at the doctor now so you don't get screwed like I did.

This is not about the clinic but about my experience with Dr. Marina Sanchez-Ellig. She cannot handle simple issues,(as in thyroid) that has been managed by general doctors for the last 35 years, so she referred me to a specialist because she doesn't want to deal with it and referred me to a specialist in another city. She does not listen, has horrible bedside manners and does not clearly communicate with you. She will not order tests because she believes they are not relevant, even though the lab doctor suggested further lab testing. If you want a doctor who is going to work with you, she is not the one.

ARC does not bother to send any kind of notification when children are due for well checks and vaccinations. ARC also thinks it’s acceptable to cancel appointments without notification.

This Dripping Springs location has severely limited availability. In my experience it has been a 2 week wait for a video appointment and for an in-person, it is 2 months. When my son needed antibiotics I thought I could just schedule him an appointment. Wrong. It was a week's wait to see a doctor and I had to drive to the Bee Cave location. When your child is suffering from a sinus infection, waiting 5 days for antibiotics is... hellish.Personally, I'm about 8 months past due on my annual and blood work. Getting an appointment shouldn't be this hard. It looks like other providers have availability within a week timeframe. I am in the process of transferring my family. ARC, what is going on??

Very unprofessional. I drove all the way from Round Rock to find out the appointment had been cancelled. This is unacceptable. I will never use this location again.
