John and his team did an excellent job repairing my roof. John was quick to respond to my call for help and schedule the repairs. I greatly appreciate the thoroughness of the repairs and for letting me know the true condition of my roof. They did more than just fix the obvious repair but went around the entire roof fixing issues that had the potential to become big problems in the near future. I highly recommend them.

I hadn’t had my steep, asphalt-shingled roof inspected for a number of years. With more rain being predicted for this year, I called nearby Pioneer Roofing Solutions. From the ground I could see at least one ridge shingle missing on two separate ridges. Pioneer identified a hot water heater flue as an additional water-leak source. Pioneer obtained the right shingles for the repairs, plus ensured that not only were my two hot water heater flues properly sealed, but also my two heating unit flues. Pioneer went the extra mile to paint the flues the same color as my roof shingles, a major improvement over their prior silver-and-rust appearance. Very pleased with their work.
