I usually come to the store because it's closest to my house && almost always have a great experience walking out of this place. The employees && the kitchen ladies are always so welcoming && sweet! As a team, they all work very well together && if you ask me, they're LITERALLY the backbone as to why this business is thriving! On thee other hand, before I state my complaint && opinion any further, I would like to specify that THIS one star rating here is specifically because of the management in charge. On numerous occasions, I've witnessed rude, poor, && unfair treatment towards the employees by this manager named Sergio. I've witnessed it more towards the cashiers && stalkers. His unprofessionalism && attitude is beyond me! ? I went into the store today again, as I usually do every other morning && MANNNNNNN, he was being so damn rude to one of the female cashiers, even his body language made me so uncomfortable for her! ? I honestly give the employees props for working with this man because I wouldn't last a day with him as my "manager" One time I was in line waiting to put my taco order in, when I heard him speaking to one of the stalkers in the ugliest voice possible. I was honestly so embarrassed for the employee because Sergio's tone seemed demeaning && almost degrading as if the employee was a slave! I don't know if he's a racist or if he just talks to people like they are below him, but it's disgusting! ? I even tried to speak to this man in English thinking he would understand me, but he didn't. Instead he responded to me with a very rude tone, I felt so disrespected. I honestly feel that this facility should look into hiring someone else for his position. With someone as careless && rude as he is, it's not reflecting well on this store. Normally I don't leave reviews but I felt that this one is very necessary. I feel like he acts this way because he doesn't have anybody keeping a close eye on him. Maybe sending in some mystery shoppers oftenly, someone will catch on to his behavior, his treatment towards the employees, && what's been really going on behind closed doors.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager is so disrespectful and unprofessional. I know not to expect alot from Stripes, but this one is just the worst. I will avoid it at all costs. Needs better management.

I stopped on my way to work for a breakfast taco last week, and I noticed the manager named SERGIO was very rude to his employees, making racist remarks, comments on the girls looks, and figure. how is he a manager? He was very unprofessional, the whole time I was in line, I could hear him making nasty comments to his female employees. This is abuse of his power. I was so uncomfortable just hearing him, can't even imagine WORKING there.

My card has been stuck at this pump for over 20 minutes and the employees keep telling me that it always does that, I just really want to know who the manager is because these employees were not helpful at all, 2 of the guys were just on the phone and the lady was so rude. I just want my debit card unstuck

They skimp on the gas ⛽️ here! Two hours ago I stopped there for gas. The rate was 2.99, I paid $30 & that got me half a tank. It seemed odd to me that I didn’t get at least 3/4 of a tank. Two hours later I stopped to put gas again I spent $30 the rate was 3.39 and I got 3/4 of a tank as expected. Long story short don’t gas up here
